Would give 0 stats if I could! Stay away from Tim. Quoted us for a fence with 2 gates as we wanted, showed up a week later with only one because he forgot. Due to supply shortage he couldn't get another one and the one he had was cracked anyway. So here we are October when the fence was done in May, being ghosted when all we want is the money for the gates and labor costs refunded. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but now not being answered is the last straw.

Tim Scaman, the owner of S&S is a liar and thief. DO NOT HIRE. He leaves bogus fake reviews from himself for his company. He took $5,000 from me and did 11 no call/no shows on a fence & concrete job over a 2.5 month span. I am in the beginning litigation and this is the email he sent my lawyer today: "let me just start like this!! 1st of all my time is not free or neither is my laborers . and from the looks of it you do not have a clue as of what your talking about.. so with that being said i hope you did not get your certificate out of a cracker jack box in the early 80s so with that being said i hope you have your "professional" face on there buddy because i already planned on seeing them in court and after this unprofessional email that you wrote up on a piece of paper and sent too me i hope to see you there as well.. have a great night sir yours truly Tim Scaman" Date he began work: Oct 21 Dates he visited my house: Oct 21, October 28, November 12, November 19, November 20 Dates he said he would be here but did a no show: Oct 22, Oct 23, Oct 26, Oct 27, Oct 29, Oct 30, Nov 2, Nov 5, Nov 6, Nov 14, Nov 18 Jobs contracted for: Fence installation (including materials and permit) , concrete walkway installation (including demo of old walkway, permit, and re laying the brick pavers on each side), asphalt driveway repair and resurface, tree removal. He finished 0 of the jobs. Jobs he started but did not finish: Tree removal (he cut down trees and left them on our property, he did not haul all away and did not dig out the stumps), concrete walkway (he dug up the old walkway, laid a new one in the wrong shape and with a texture we did not approve, he did not lay the pavers and the quality of work is horrendous- he did not pull a permit) Asphalt driveway (he did not resurface the driveway, he attempted to patch asphalt, again quality of work is horrendous) Fence ( he erected 2/3 of a fence without pulling a permit, the fence was not level or on our property lines) Additional facts: unbeknownst, the initial recommendation came from his girlfriend in a facebook group, claiming she was a customer who he did work for. the days he did come to our house, he showed up at 2:30 or 3 when the sun sets at 4:30, majority of work was done in the dark without work lights when pointing out areas needing correction, he told us we were "knit picking" his work. he's blocked me on facebook from leaving a review there. If he shows up on my property again I will be calling the police. Unprofessional, crap work, & rude.. See photos....
