Don and Carol worked around our schedule and when Covid in our house delayed the completion, they were ready when we got healthier to finish the job. I am very pleased with my new shower, goodbye nasty old tub.

We love our new bathtub, surround and shower doors! Don and Carol came out to give us a price and two weeks later we had a beautiful bathroom. Ken the installer was very professional and very meticulous in his work. He was awesome and did a fantastic job. He always arrived on time and cleaned up very well. We are very happy with Bathcrest of Chicago!

Don and Carol came out and priced the entire bathroom. The scope was reduced and Don re-estimated. Project Scope: New Bathtub and Remove/Replace Ceramic Floor Tile. Ken did work; I was not present to interface with Ken, but Don was available to report progress/ask questions daily. Final Outcome: Excellent.

Both Don, the owner, and his wife Carole came to my home to make a presentation on the removal of my old bathtub and shower. Both my wife and I were impressed with their presentation and price quote. They both told my wife and I that their employee Ken was meticulous in his work and always clean up thoroughly, that was another good point of reference! I am grateful that we hired Bathcrest, what an outstanding job done and completed with Ken. He is everything that we needed, a person that is focused and highly skilled. Both Don and Ken worked with me as I had some changes mid-stream that I wanted focused on, safety bars, as I am a senior and down the road I may really need help. Don and Ken gave my wife and I a beautiful and safe master bathroom, more than we could imagine it's beauty, usefulness and safety. I can't say enough about Don and Carole. They're wonderful people. Ken, the installer was very pleasant and extremely meticulous. Great attention was paid to detail. The project was completed on schedule. I saw ads where companies say they can get the job done in one day. After seeing my project progress, I can say a company would have to cut corners to get done so quickly. My shower was done correctly and will last for a very long time. Looks good but took longer than I thought.

Don was great to work with start to finish. The job was done on time and with no extra charges. Ken & Jose did a great job, very professional. Don even had them do something special for me. I would highly recommend them, especially at the cost!

I wanted to remove an old shower that was in disrepair. I checked with several companies and decided on Bath Crest. Don and Carol, the owners, are people who have been in the business for many years and value their reputation. They treated me well. The installer, Ken, could not have done a better job. They use top shelf products and get great results. Ken got it done in 3 days and the price was reasonable.

Bathcrest of Chicago was hired to install a tub surround which covered old plastic tile.The bathroom looks 1000% better! Don and Carol met with me one week and emailed an estimate the following day. The cost was very reasonable and cost-effective (this is an apartment rental unit) and was done the following week in one day. Ken did an outstanding job with the install. Carol did a stellar job on customer support. I won't hesitate to call on Bathcrest again when I'm ready to have other apartments done.

I hired Bathcrest of Chicago to tear out the tub and wall tile in my bathroom and put in all new wall tile, tub, shower, and sliding glass door. The job was completed in 1 week and the quality of work was superb. In addition, their communication skills were excellent. They even ran into a few problems due to my existing layout and absorbed the cost themselves. I am very pleased with my decision to go with Bathcrest of Chicago and I would recommend them for anyone who is thinking about remodeling their bathroom.
