"Installed our system 6 years ago, the system has worked well since install. I would just say get everything in writing and make sure to ask what the life time warranty means. Also check on when they can do you turn on and turn off they are very limited! Where we live they only do one specific day per week so if you cannot be home on that day you will be in trouble twice a year to be home for them."

Our finished basement needed special attention due to the spiders but I forgot to tell him. When he was finished he informed me that he gave the basement an extra going over because of the spiders. It took 2 weeks for a manager to view our lawn. They then refused to take responsibility to rectify our ruined lawn. It had cost us $3500 and hours of watering and care. Now we will have to have it redone next spring. We have had no reply to a letter and photos taken to the office."
