Hired for a "subscription". Reasonable pricing. Quick scheduling. Arrived on time as scheduled.

We used Rose 2 years ago. This past year we went with a much cheaper company, but the treatments were much less effective. We will return to Rose next year.

I thought I had carpenter ants but it turned out to be some sort of beetle. The tech was great.

The first application was done inside and out and resulted in damage to the hardwood floor in several rooms from their chemicals. I called and they did nothing to remedy it. The following 2 applications I switched to outside perimeter only. On the fourth application of this year they were to come out August 12. They send a card ahead of time. I was pet sitting for a friend and I was horrified to come home on August 5 to see the decided on their own to do the application early when I still had the pet in the basement. I called very upset anc basically received a voicemail response indicating I had no special instructions on file. I did not realize adhereing to your own schedule is a special instruction. Poor professionalism and zero accountability.

I've used them before to get rid of mice. They just did everything. They were nice. It was $150 for the nest killing and $75 for the mice. You can get on a bi-annual where they come out twice a year. I will always use these guys, they are great.

It went well. The office staff was efficient. The work got done quickly and on time. Easy.

I have a contract with them. I'm contracted with them, so I have no choice.

I had been trying to catch these to mice for about 6 months and I couldn’t even catch them on my security camera. They were on my front porch, and I would watch every night on my camera trying to catch them by mouse trap, and I couldn’t do it. They’re guy came in and he got them both. I’ve got to give them an A for the quality of work. You do have to wait on them. You can’t call them and ask them to come over, you’ve got to wait, but maybe that’s how it is in their industry. They always put me on their calendar whenever I call. I’m getting ready to call them for ants in the back yard. They’re always right on time.

Technician was sent promptly and treated area, but told me to call after a week if any were seen still living in the hill. He did have to return for a second visit...now I need to check again after another week, but didn't spot any crawling the last time I looked. Hope this takes care of them!!

They are great. It's always the same guy that comes out which is nice. They always call to make the appointment. I am very happy with them.

It was okay. Nothing terrific and nothing terrible.

Always on time, will come back anytime more treatments are needed in between.

I was called within minutes of putting in an online request. They came in 2 days. The technician was kind, and explained everything. He also mentioned that he has worked for the company for some time, and that when it's time for my service again in a couple months, he will be the tech will come. I saw a few ants about a month after the first visit, so I called, and they came back out free of charge. It was indeed the same tech, and he also told me of an easy fix to one of my windows that will discourage more ants from getting in. I'm happy to have them service my home.

Rose Pest was great. They contacted me immediately and visited the next day. Their service provider gave me a Rose business card with his name on it and was very helpful and informative about pest problems. I was very glad I had gotten the package from Angies list.

Very well! We had a great guy, Mark, who came out in the spring and sprayed for nests and that took care of the immediate problem. He mentioned that there was a strong likliehood that the various pests may come back in late summer--and he was right. By then, yellow jackets had moved into the attic and made a giant nest. Mark suited up and climbed into the attic (during 90+ degree weather) and sprayed. So far, it has been great. He explained exactly what he needed to do both times, and some ways to make it harder for these nasty little creatures to move in on us. Quick work, very neat, and follow-up---so we are very happy!
