I've never worked with a company that was so dedicated to doing an unbelievable job. We needed our cedar repainted w mold removed. I spoke to three or four others before Roy Schneeberger stopped by for a look. After listening to his assessment, I decided Bill Schneeberger Painting was the company I wanted to work with. Mind you, they're not the cheapest, but I'm old enough to realize that you get what you pay for these days. The real value in choosing these guys I think was that they clued me into a number of issues that needed attention with our deck in order to make for a perfect job. Sure I could have said no, but when I listened to Roy explain why he thought some of the other problems he discovered were worth considering, I agreed. The result was a truly perfect paint job that included replacing a bunch of rotten wood I didn't even realize was there. Their work turned our porch into a place I think will be around looking great for many years to come. If I could have given Bill Schneeberger Painting 6 stars I would have ... in fact I will. "Contacted them to by phone on 7/16/21 at about 9:30 am was told the estimators were busy but was asked to send an email of photo's I had of the problem as well as my contact info and estimator would be in touch. I sent email and received a reply from Billing Mgr at 10:02 am. That is the last I heard from them. Ended up getting work done by another company that actually replied back to me (that same day). With all of the other glowing reviews of this company on Angles list, I'm surprised."

You may need to provide your own paint, depending on the agreement you make with the painter. Some painters prefer that you buy the paint and they supply the labor. However, some professional painters get a better price on paint and can pass that savings along to you even after accounting for labor costs.
The average cost to paint a ceiling ranges from $3 to $8.50 per square foot, which is about $1 to $2.50 more per square foot than the cost to paint the walls. Rooms with high ceilings require working from a ladder or scaffolding and often include trim or detail work, which adds to the final price.
Professional painters charge $20 to $50 per hour, on average. Hourly rate cost factors include the complexity of the paint job, the type of paint, the height of the walls and ceiling, and the type of prep and repairs needed.
