"STAY THE HECK AWAY FROM THIS FROM BELLA CUSTOM CARPERT CLEANING IN NEAR WEST SUBURBS OF CHICAGO! IT IS NOW A BILIGERANT CON! After 13 years, I hired them again for my front room and family room at $269 on 9/23/23 on a Sat. They came over 3 hours late from the appointment time. They were unable to communicate in English. When asked for proof on insurance and bonding they ignored me and intimidatingly with grunts and stares the big guys pulled the big tube and nozzle in the house. They did not know what to do! I had to direct them to the rooms and the stains I needed removed. Well, all they did was drag the vacuum nozzle across the carpet and leave! They blew dirt down into my floor vents and closed them! I was assured stains would be treated and removedâ ¦not! See pictures for the stains which was the reason I hired them. And here is when it gets nasty and really why not to use them. When I called Gary on Monday and told him, I said I had tried vinegar and water afterwards. Gary voice was slurred and laughed saying â thatâ s what we use. Let us come out and hit it again!â I asked how much, he said â only $120.â When I said why it wasnâ t done on Sat, he responded in the same slurred tone, â weâ ll be out to do it again!â I hung up. Hereâ s the definitive â kickerâ â ¦3 weeks later I get a call asking for the check. I told him I sent the check to Westchester because, incredibly, no address is listed on the receipt and that was what came up on the I â net. He said for me to send him another one in Lagrange. I told him no because I have a cancelled check fee. Again in a slurred, fogged in, tone, he said OK and he will call his Westchester office to see if they got it. Never heard back. It is obvious Bella now has a huge problem with service techs and apparently polluted ownership. STAY AWAY FROM BELLA! IT IS NOT WHAT IT WAS!"

"I couldn?t be happier with the service I received from (Darrell, Patterson). We completed a gut rehab- Mr. Patterson took on that task and completed all the plumbing for the entire building. Mind you we worked during the winter- no heat, etc? Darrell, was punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. He quickly identified any further issues- explained the repairs in clear terms, and completed the work with exceptional skill. The quality of workmanship was outstanding. When the work day concluded- he left the area spotless when they finished for the day. It?s rare to find a tradesperson who combines expertise, honesty, and great customer service? this review isn?t enough, but if you looking for a plumber who does great work and not looking to rob you- with a ?quick fix,? I would highly recommended- he will be honest with you and walk you through the process step by step. "

"Excellent experience. Easy to get scheduled, arrived on time in the AM. Dustin patiently looked at all the blinds in the house, explaining why some very old (25-40 years) metal blinds and black out shades could not be cleaned or repaired. Took down 6 Silhouettes and old metal mini blind that needed restringing. Returned late afternoon with all work done and rehung all shades. $338 paid via credit card."

"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

"This is my second comment/review on my purchase from Jerger and my experiences with this company keeps getting better. The windows in my living room are super large in both height and width (We need a 10-foot ladder to change out or charge a battery), 6 windows in all, motorized that blocks out all sun where the room is pitch black when closed (We have a very large caged parrot that lives in the room and if he doesn’t get his sleep he makes our life’s miserable). The expert salesperson could not have been more professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable. The installation of the blinds went quickly, the window covering was better than what I expected. A year and a half later one of the wand batteries went bad. I took the bad battery out of one of the blinds and put it into another just to be sure it was the battery that was defective not the motor. I called Jerger and explained the situation and what I had done to test the battery. Without hesitation he told me that he was ordering a new battery for me and a spare, no ands, ifs or buts it was done. No hassle, no delay, he confirmed that he would replace it immediately. He ordered the batteries and had them sent to my home. If We could give this company 10 stars we would. We would recommend them to everyone for their excellent product, great customer service, great after delivery customer service and follow through."
