Swifty Blinds

Excellent experience. Easy to get scheduled, arrived on time in the AM. Dustin patiently looked at all the blinds in the house, explaining why some very old (25-40 years) metal blinds and black out shades could not be cleaned or repaired. Took down 6 Silhouettes and old metal mini blind that needed restringing. Returned late afternoon with all work done and rehung all shades. $338 paid via credit card.

Highly recommend. Shades look like new! The shades were picked up early in the morning and returned later that day. Excellent service.

I had a great experience with Swifty Blinds. They were very helpful and I appreciate their personalized customer service. All of my window treatments had to be replaced due to a fire and Hunter Douglas no longer made the type I had. I had a hard time deciding what I wanted. Laurie and Dustin were patient and worked with me on exploring all the various options. They were very responsive to all my questions and the install was easy. No rework! Great quality service.

Swifty's did an excellent job. (I chose the company because it was recommended by Gotcha Covered and had a great Angie's List rating.) It took a while for the company to return my calls, but only because some family staff members were out of town so the company was short-handed. Excellent price, great service. I would definitely recommend this company.

We were very pleased with them. They were just very good. They did a really good job of cleaning the blinds. The blinds on the patio windows had something wrong with them and they were able to correct that so they moved back and forth easier. They were very good and I would recommend them to anyone. They were very helpful.

They came back clean and in working order.

The Swifty Blinds repairman (Dustin) arrived about when expected after calling to say he was on his way. He quickly determined the problem with the pull cord on our blind and was able to fix it right away. Dustin was friendly and courteous and willing to answer my questions well beyond expectations. He even offered advice on operating blinds in another location, and fixed a problem about blinds in yet another location that we raised during our conversation - without additional charge. Really pleased with the work he did in all respects.

Excellent experience from start to finish. I called to have the blinds cleaned in a condo I recently purchased. Swifty's was quite busy so my appointment was booked about 3-weeks out, but they were absolutely worth the wait. They cleaned 3-honeycomb shades and repaired the cord on one of those. They also cleaned two roller shades. These are several years old (my guess is 8-ish) and are about 11' long. When he arrived (on time) to pick them up, he cautioned me that due to age there might be some damage to the honeycombs during the cleaning process. I took the chance and lucked out because there was none. He returned to re-hang them (on time again) and offered to cut the cords to make them more manageable. He explained how this would impact the functionality and once he did that, making the decision to cut them was a no-brainer for me. I'm more than satisfied with the job they did and they were pleasant to work with on the phone and in person. I'll call Swifty's when I'm ready to replace these in a few months. It was a pleasure to work with them.

Showed up at the agreed upon time and returned the cleaned blinds 6 hours later.

Outstanding work. They were prompt, courteous, and did the job in one day - including removing the blinds (7), cleaning, and replacing them. Sadly, our house was rented to smokers and we were concerned that the $5000 we spent on window coverings would have gone up in cigarette smoke. Swifty restored the fabric to its original color and saved our investment. Do not hesitate in using this company - they are excellent.

The provider was extremely professional on all accounts. My blinds are 23 yrs. old and although only cleaned one other time, the sun beating down on the room darkening blinds made it a possibility that they would not turn out as expected and possibly be damaged due to the age. They warned me about this extensively but I asked them to go ahead with it. They were so careful with the blinds and they came out very well! i appreciated their concern and they not only emailed a response to my message, but called to discuss the situation beforehand. I couldn't be more pleased with their service. They had many years of experience doing this and you could tell they knew what they were doing! I would highly recommend them.

I was very pleased with Swifty, with the one small exception that I needed to make the call backs - even though I left messages. Minor annoyance - but still is why I gave this item a "B" rating out of all of the questions. Dustin from Swifty was on time on both appointment days. He was very professional and extremely helpful with information on the maintenance and care of the blinds. I also asked Dustin while he was cleaning the blinds to check the strings used for raising and lowering the blinds to ensure they were sturdy or if the blinds needed new strings. When he cam back - none of the blinds needed new strings and all knots were removed. So I never felt that I was being "smoozed" or that any attempt to sell me more than requested was happening. Swifty also worked with me to hold my window treatments longer than normal time as I had other work completed. Overall my experience was extremely good and I would recommend this company.

I called and they were in the area so they were immediately able to come out to assess and repair my blinds. They arrived on time and were able to fix the issue in no time at all. I thought the cost was reasonable too. I'll definitely call them again in the future for blind repairs or to replace blinds.

They were wonderful. We had two shades..one we pull up and down that was broken and one that remains stationary that worked. He just switched the two. I would absolutely use them again.

It went very well. All the people there were very helpful. Fast turnaround, also prices were very reasonable compared to others that were quoted.

Had an appointment for 10-3-14 for between 12:30 and 1:00. I went grocery shopping early that day so I would be home for the appointment. When I got home at 10:30 I had a message from Dusty asking if he could come earlier, at 11:00/11:30. He said to call the office and then said maybe the cell would be better. I called both numbers and left messages saying that I was home and would be for the rest of the day. No one showed up at 11:00, so I assumed they would keep the appointment at the original time. Well, when no one showed up by 2:00 I again called the office and the cell and left messages again for someone to call me. That was on 10-3, it is now 10-8 and no one has ever called to explain. I certainly won't be doing business with them.

The blind covered my entire living room window. I trusted them, i had already worked with them. It was a very good service. They were prompt, when i called them they showed up the next day in the afternoon. The work was done and the blinds look good. I have no complaints.

A wonderful experience from start to finish! Dustin was prompt, courteous and professional and the cleaning service was superb.. The company was extremely accommodating when a problem occurred with my new window installation and the project was delayed. They willingly held my window coverings for an extra week at no charge. As an additional courtesy, Dustin rehung some shades which were not even serviced by his company. Swifty Blinds is a truly professional company with great pride in the work they do and excellent customer relations. I would highly recommend this company!!
