Description of Work: They never contacted me...I was unable to contact them- I paid for services NOT PROVIDED. VERY UNHAPPY with provider. ANGIES LIST NEEDS TO REMOVE THESE PEOPLE FROM THEIR LIST!!!

Description of Work: Andre and Jake were at my home for four hours to refinish our 60 year old bathtub. They covered everything in the bathroom except the tub to protect from overspray. They cleaned up after themselves. The tub now looks like new.This process creates a strong odor which is mitigated somewhat by their use of exhaust fans. The smell is gone by the next day. And the tub is usable four hours after their are finished. |

Description of Work: Bath tub like new - Andre owns the company and once I understood that, I understood why connecting to set a date was challenging between both of our schedules as he us the one on your job. His diligence via phone and email paid off. He and his crew were here to do the job, they were professional, making sure that everything was explained, covered to avoid damage and worked with us to move fixtures getting the maximum amount of coverage to refinish the bathtub perfectly. Chips were repaired at an extra cost that was well worth it and it is lovely!

Description of Work: the tile refinishing went fine and looked good, but there was at least two hours of post-work caulking to be done the next day and the room next to the bathroom had a ton of dust. I wish I would have known to cover the furniture with plastic before the work began. There was way more post-work that I had to do than I expected.

Description of Work: Although I decided to return the deal, I felt the company accurately described their product & the process over the phone. I just wish the promotion explained the product better, as the company uses a product I didn't want.

Description of Work: Andre contacted me the next business day and I explained that my tub had several hairline cracks and a deep crack at the base of the tub requiring repair. I took the earliest date (2 weeks - 5/30)and we confirmed the schedule the day before he arrived. Andre examined my tub and determined it could not be repaired. This was due to the location of the cracks at the base of the tub and along the sides of the tub. He explained that eventually it would crack again under pressure. He recommended buying a new tub or replacing with a liner. I am not sure if I should be applying a grade, if no work was actually performed. So I really can't give an 'A'.

Description of Work: the initial price was to have been $279.00 based on promotion, I was told there was additional cost a/c of condition of the bathtub, the tub needed stripping a/c of previous coating, I agreed to an additional $100.00, the cost of the stripping. I was then told, later, that I need an additional primer, high gloss, that would cost more, a/c of the condition of the tub. At this point Andre an I were not in agreement because I wanted to know what was the bottom line price. We finally agreed on a bottom line price, but this point I did not know that once the work was completed I would be responsible for removing the paper, which I could do with no problem, but I did have a problem reinstalling the overflow hardware, as I explained to Mr. Andre, had I known this, I would have looked elsewhere, as I need the product finished in it's entirety. Was I happy with the finish product, yes. Would I use him again, NO.
