"Our project turned out better than we expected and as things were going along, we added more projects. Patryk, Greg and their team did a fantastic job. They were always so nice to work with, even suggesting things which was helpful. They never left a project until they thought it was perfect. We did a full kitchen remodel, even closing off a window to move a fridge and pantry to the other side to allow more cabinets and much needed counter space. They widen the entrance and the kitchen seems so much bigger. We think it’s Beautiful! They did laminated floors throughout the first floor, painted all walls and new baseboards. They created a wine bar which was just a cubby hole. They put in a pantry like cubby hole in our laundry room and added cabinets and above wall unit. One of the projects we had them add is new wooden stairs to the 2nd floor, white spindles and railing that curves instead of a wall and laminate floors on the 2nd floor. Other odd and ends that they never hesitated to do. We appreciate all they have done in our home, To us, it’s amazing how nice it is and how it should have been all the years we have lived here. Its exciting to show it off, it feels like a new house. These guys are amazing and would definately recommend them to anyone. Very reliable and easy to get in contact with when needed. "I’ve always wanted a second bathroom. I contacted JK Complete R&C. Jack came to my home and assessed the would be project. Jack gave me a reasonable price, start and proposed finish date. Then I met the crew John, Mike and Ziggy. We had a great relationship. Everything that was to be accomplished was explained to me on a daily bases. By the end of the project we had a bond and it felt like family. I also learned quite a bit in the process. I am total fascinated with my new bathroom. I have already recommended JK Complete to family members."

We got a few quotes and ultimately went with Homewise Remodelers because the price was reasonable and Miro was so thorough in walking us through our options. He helped us select cabinets and worked through several versions of the kitchen layout until we were happy with it--we were easily able to swap out cabinet layouts and finishings, like adding a farmhouse sink. His crew were reliable, on-time, and respectful of our property throughout the remodel and we appreciated their attention to detail. They solicited our input on decorative details and were quick to fix things we didn't like, e.g., the location of kitchen cabinet pulls. We felt they treated our home as they would their own. "Jody and Brian did a fantastic job remodeling our 5.5x8.5’ hall bathroom in July 2019 as well as completing some other projects around the house. Basically, we were so happy with the job they did remodeling our master bathroom in 2017 that we hired them again in 2019 to gut and remodel our hall bathroom. We had to wait until they had an opening in their schedule but it’s always worth the wait because they’re such nice guys, so easy to work and communicate with, always on time, clean up at the end of the day, have good ideas and do quality work. Life got a little busy since then so I’m just now getting around to writing this review. Our hall bathroom was functioning, but mainly as a powder room because although it had a tub, it had no plumbing for a shower. It had some other issues we wanted to deal with as well. Jody and Brian took care of everything as usual, including beefing up the floor for the cast iron tub, making sure the bathroom exhaust actually vented out the roof, providing ideas and recommendations when needed, and ensuring my 2 large shower niches came out how I planned. While they were here, we also had them (or their electrician or plumber when necessary) upgrade our electrical panel, replace a bar faucet, replace 2 back doors, add LED lighting and custom glass shelves to our bar cabinet, replace 2 hanging bedroom light fixtures, do some painting around the house, etc. The total bathroom cost (including some small painting projects around the house) was approx $28,500. But with the electrical panel upgrade, new back doors, etc., the total for the bathroom plus all work completed around the house was close to $34k. We could have technically done the bathroom with quality finishes for around $19k with them, but we went over budget on certain bathroom elements that we really wanted, such as a 65x32” cast iron tub, Cambria quartz countertop and shower niche shelves, $900 Walker Zanger floor tile, $750 for 2 Robern medicine cabinets, an $1800 semi-custom Starmark vanity, $350 vanity light fixture and $400 sink faucet. But we could have easily done a very nice, quality bathroom with different choices within our allowances. We didn’t bother getting other bids for the hall bathroom remodel because we knew we were going with CCCM no matter what. We did get 3 bids for the 2017 master bath remodel because it was our first remodeling project, and CCCM wasn’t the cheapest but also wasn’t the most expensive. I left a review back in July 2017 for the master bath which we’re still extremely happy with. Terry also did a great job again getting us the best prices with contractor discount included on everything we picked out at various vendors and also kept in touch with us via email while we waited for our turn for our bathroom project to begin. Thanks so much to Terry, Jody, and Brian for your hard work making sure our hall bathroom turned out beautifully!"

Abe arrived on time and completed the job efficiently, even adapting to requirements that were missed at the beginning. I now have a vanity cabinet installed firmly onto the wall in the bathroom with airflow holes cut in the sides. This was a great experience."
