Titan Builders did an incredible job with our project. We were looking to fix some issues that arose from a poor job done by the previous owners. Additionally, we needed to make the bathroom more accessible. Mark from Titan came in and listened to everything that we were concerned with. He helped us design a bathroom that exceeds our expectations. From the planning stage through the completion of project Titan was great. Every person who worked on our bathroom was a skilled craftsman. They kept the space as clean as possible, they were always on time, they were kind, and they made sure that we were happy and that we understood everything they were doing. Communication with the foreman and Mark was easy and clear. I will definitley be using TItan for future projects in our home.

We recently used Titan Builders for a second time, this time on a complete master bathroom remodel. We had a great experience previously on a kitchen remodel, so the choice was somewhat easy to go with Titan and Michael Dreier. And once again we were fortunate to have Robert as the crew leader. Robert knows his stuff, is very professional, and provides great ideas to raise your plans up a notch in quality and look. In the job, Titan demoed the old tiny shower, a jetted tub we never used, vanity, tile, toilet, the works. We went with their suggestion of a glass wall shower and picked up out the vanity, tile, and other pieces from places they recommended. They worked efficiently day by day, protected other parts of our unit from damage, and kept the area clean as they worked. The price for the remodel was fair, and the finished bathroom is just what we wanted plus a little more thanks to Michael, Robert, and his crew.

Titan tripled my cabinet space while making my kitchen feel bigger and airier. They replaced the floor, moved the sink, installed a dishwasher, new lighting, countertops and ventilation. They payed attention to detail, made helpful suggestions, and exceeded my expectations. Finished on time and within budget.

I would recommended Titan Builders to anyone who needed work done on their home. Not only did they provide the most reasonable estimate out of the 4 builders I contacted but they also got the job done in an incredible quick time frame that we needed it done due to a death in the family. If you have a chance to work with Jose at Titan builders please do, he's an absolute pleasure to work with, is very easy to get a hold of and communicates the job status consistently, and helped make sure everything was completed quickly and by the deadline.

It was excellent! Titan Buildes was great to work with on this project. Mike is very attentive and really helped push the project forward. He had great ideas for an improved layout for my space that would function better. Robert is very detailed-oriented and I always appreciated his direct nature and giving me his feedback during construction on what would work and ideas on how to make the project better. He and his team really worked hard and completing the construction in a timely manner. The end result turned out better than I could have hoped for!

Everything went smoothly. Scheduling with Mike was easy. They were able to work around our tenants schedule as well. The entire process took less than a month (including two weeks waiting for the HOA approval). From the start of demo to completion, the entire work took 12 days! Very competitively priced for the quality, speed, and service that they provide. I will not hesitate to use them for future projects.

After firing my original contractor Titan was a referral. The work they was phenomenal. The workers Guerillmo and Javier explained the process in layman's terms every step of the way and even made suggestions that added value to the project. Mike the owner was efficient and responsive. The project began and finished on time and on budget. They cleaned up after every step and treated my home like it was their own. My project was remodeling an apartment for rental and within 3 days of completion I have a tenant (he loves the apartment). These guys installed 19 windows in less than one day AWESOME. Titan Builders are my "go to guys" for all of my future projects .

The project went really well. Products were brought to my home for me to pick out. I have a baby so it was extremely convenient and helpful. The products used are good quality and beautiful. And the Price was amazing. Mike, Robert, and his team were very professional and did an outstanding job. My husband and I are so happy with the finished job. We would absolutely use Titan builders again!!

I can't speak highly enough of Titan Builders. The owner Mike is terrific. He is so good at what he does, and I knew I wanted to work with him from the moment I first talked to him on the phone. He immediately felt like a friend, and someone I really did believe cared about doing a good job for me. I did interview 2 other companies, but got such a sense of integrity and honesty from Mike I picked him. He and his crew leader Robert entirely lived up to my expectations, and I am entirely satisfied with the job they did. I live in the suburbs, and our condo is a second home in the city, so I was apprehensive on how easy it would be to manage such an undertaking from 60 miles away, but Mike and Robert made it so easy. They answered every call and text promptly. They gave me advice on products to use and design ideas. When there were a few bumps in the road (nothing to do with them ), Mike talked me through them in a calm manner that immediately calmed me. When Best Buy totally messed up my order of appliances (again something that Titan had nothing to do with), Mike helped me not panic about it. Robert handled all the details of meeting with management of the condo and doing all the paperwork necessary, I never had to do a thing. They came in on budget, and in a timely manner, even being over 2 holidays and the few issues due to the age of the building that arose (and were handled seamlessly by Mike and Robert. Most importantly they did a fantastic job! We had a wall knocked down, sheet rocked over an old service door, the whole kitchen reconfigured, and Mike not only assured me it could all be done, he also gave me a few design ideas that I am really glad I listened to. I now have a beautiful kitchen, and I am sure have added tremendous value to our unit. I would use them again in a heartbeat, and my daughter will definitely be calling them when she remodels her basement. I am confident you will be glad if you call Mike!

I made the right decision selecting Titan Builders for my remodeling project. They were professional and responsive and I have been very pleased with the quality of their work. Everything was completed in a month, which was the approximate time frame I was given. They did their best to minimize disruption and were good about checking with me in advance on design decisions. I live in a high-rise condo building and both the doorman and my neighbors commented on their professionalism and effort to keep things neat. Their craftsmanship, attention to detail and effort to go above and beyond left me impressed. Highly recommended! Feel fortunate to have found them.

Complete bathroom remodel done in 2.5 weeks. The crew was very professional and maintained a clean environment around the bathroom. All other contractors I talked to were saying it would take them 6 weeks to do it, yet they were able to do it in 2.5 weeks. Great work, and bathroom looks awesome.

Titans was absolutely amazing. From start to finish we had no complaints. After interviewing several companies, we knew Titans was the one we wanted to use from the first meeting. They completely remodeled our kitchen and bathroom and the quality was phenomenal. The customer service was also first class, always willing to help and go above and beyond the call of duty. Would highly recommend this company. We didn’t just find a wonderful contractor, but we gained a life long friend.

Great experience! Mike Kleinberg, the general manager, was awesome. He came out with a contractor, and followed through until the project was complete. Mike communicated with me throughout the entire project and made sure it was done in a timely and professional manner. I was very much satisfied and will definitely hire them again for future work.

Titan Builders made my house into a palace. I achieved all of my goals. The water leakage was stopped. Every room in the house was completely gutted out and renovated including a new kitchen, bathrom and three bedrooms. A wonderful play room was added to the basement with an additional kitchen area. A new washer and dryer was installed in the kitchen area in the basement. The garage was reinforced with new siding and the fence around the house was painted in a beautiful silver colour. The renovation was worth every penny that I invested. if I had a second house to renovate, I would certainly use Titan Builders services again. I can't express how much it meant to me to renovate the house which I grew up in and be able to leave such a precious gift behind as a kind of memorial to my parents. My parents would be proud if they could see what has been done. Maybe they can. see it, who knows. I am certainly proud of all the goals I reached with the house through Titan Builders and I am glad I met such a fantastic person and CEO, who showed that he had integrity. A person I could rely on to make the right choices in my best interest. I could believe what he told me. He was also open to suggestions, should the one or the other item needed to be altered. I hope to maintain this relationship throughout the years and hope that he will enjoy many years with satisfied customers like myself.

Went well, their workers were timely, professional and clean. They met and exceeded my expectations.

The company completed the job faster then I expected! The project was completed in two days. The team was very nice and proffessional. Thank you for awesome service!

Attempted to make an appointment three times. Was passed around between Mark Seth and Michael Dreier, neither felt my work was important enough to merit their attention. Abruptly told a foreman from their staff would call me back on all occasions -- never happened. On my last call, Mark Seth was extremely rude when answering the phone, and when pressed for an explanation, I received a half assed excuse that he thought I was a telemarketer. Extremely unprofessional and I've taken the time to write this review because based upon the other Angie's List reviews for this company, they should be better than that. Don't be surprised if they're not.

Overall, we are pleased. Great value. There were a few issues but the provider worked quickly to have them resolved to our satisfaction.

Recently I contracted Titan Builders to update my Kitchen and 2 1/2 Bathrooms in a condo on Lake Shore Drive. During my initial meeting with Mike Dreier, he assured me that there wouldn't be any issues completing the project in the time frame we asked. Mike, along with his team, designed the kitchen and bathrooms down to the exact detail. When the project was completed, we were completely satisfied and highly recommend Mike/Titan. We went from that 70's look to modern in less then 2 months. Now if I can get my wife to cook in the kitchen that would be GREAT. Thank you Titan

I had heard all of the horrible stories of contractors being lazy or started the work and not coming back for days. But I was what a surprise, they were great. Mark Seef one of the owner meet with me in the beginning and went over everything. We then got together one weekend before the work started and picked out most of the material. (I don't drive so he picked me up) His crew were helpful and I would call them every other day to go over the progress and discuss the work done that day. Everyone was courteous, professional and very helpful. I would definitly work with them again and have referred them to a co-worker and a family member.
