Owner Bruce Winborn has been in business since 1982. With over 30,000 service calls to his credit he has been called by many: "Central Illinois' Sewer-Hero!" Located in Creve Coeur, IL we serve all of central Illinois. Locally owned and operated, we have unclogged everything from bathtubs clogged with hair to main sewers with tree roots as large as a man's leg. "I was really concerned that he was unfit to work. When he showed up I asked him how it was going and he said "It's to early to tell". He could barely walk and clearly had a back or other health issue. He did get the drain unclogged. The toilet he removed to clean the drain out was not reinstalled correctly. It had wax coming out everywhere from the ring and only two of four bolts were put back on. The toilet wasn't even flat with the floor, it was at an angle. Our bathroom looked like a sewer water bomb had gone off. It took a whole afternoon to clean up. He broke the cast iron clean out screw plug and put a new plastic plug on that leaked everywhere and I had to replace a few days later. He was in so much pain and not fit to work that he did just the bare minimum. I would not recommend hiring him."

"They installed a whole new septic system in our home and from the first rain it filled up into our yard. The system leaks constantly. Every time it rains it overflows and burns out all the electronics they put INSIDE the septic system which they are more than happy to charge you to replace even though it’s on warranty. For the cool price of $2k a pop. This has happened to us about 5 times now. They refuse to fix their mistake, but charge you for the replacements. They never came back after install to relevel the yard so the entire field now drains toward our home and septic. They convinced me it was a leak inside my house having me replace parts in all the toilets in my home and checking everything. Until I finally killed the water in my whole house to prove it still was leaking in the septic, they still refused to do the work. Even their own workers could clearly see it leaking in the septic and they pointed it out to me on site. Told Wayne, still no fix, just a bill. They will not return your calls, you have call repeatedly including multiple numbers over days to get an answer. Then they will blame you for not calling them and lie and say you never called even when you show them the call log. We even have the cell phone for the owner Wayne and he seems nice in person, but will ignore you and try to convince you to spend another 10k to fix their problem and won’t even guarantee it will work. They have charged us for repairs they did not do and didn’t complete until we called repeatedly to complain about it. I have never had issues with any contractor in my life, but these people are criminal."
