Description of Work: I called this Company and left messages at several different times for their services, and they never bothered to return my phone calls. This is no way to run a business. I would not recommend this Company.

septic tank
+ -1 moreWhen I asked Troy what I owed him, and I was blown away when he said $25.00. I had expressed to him that he should be charging for what he knows, and not what he does or doesn't do. I convinced that he should take $35.00. It felt like I was robbing him. He only asked that I call him in 3 years when it is time to have my septic tank pumped. There is no way I would call anyone else.
Description of Work: There was some seepage of water from my septic system. I feared that there was a broken tile, and had budgeted several thousand dollars for repair. Although Troy came a little later than I thought he should, he quickly gained my confidence by explaining how my septic system works, and why I was having my problem. Within minutes, he had diagnosed and corrected the problem, gave me helpful hints on septic tank maintenance, and things I could do to maximize the life of my system.

+ -1 moreThe worker came and pumped our septic tank, he was informative and knowledgeable. He took the time to describe what was wrong and to tell us more about our septic tank (it was here before we bought the house). He listened to my husband's questions and was very friendly with what might have seemed like stupid questions, but he answered them fully and nicely anyway.
Description of Work: We had our septic tank pumped due to it being full and backing up into the basement.
