They installed a whole new septic system in our home and from the first rain it filled up into our yard. The system leaks constantly. Every time it rains it overflows and burns out all the electronics they put INSIDE the septic system which they are more than happy to charge you to replace even though it’s on warranty. For the cool price of $2k a pop. This has happened to us about 5 times now. They refuse to fix their mistake, but charge you for the replacements. They never came back after install to relevel the yard so the entire field now drains toward our home and septic. They convinced me it was a leak inside my house having me replace parts in all the toilets in my home and checking everything. Until I finally killed the water in my whole house to prove it still was leaking in the septic, they still refused to do the work. Even their own workers could clearly see it leaking in the septic and they pointed it out to me on site. Told Wayne, still no fix, just a bill. They will not return your calls, you have call repeatedly including multiple numbers over days to get an answer. Then they will blame you for not calling them and lie and say you never called even when you show them the call log. We even have the cell phone for the owner Wayne and he seems nice in person, but will ignore you and try to convince you to spend another 10k to fix their problem and won’t even guarantee it will work. They have charged us for repairs they did not do and didn’t complete until we called repeatedly to complain about it. I have never had issues with any contractor in my life, but these people are criminal.

It looks very good. One of the two workers was a bit brash with my husband, at times. My husband has dementia. Most people can't detect it and, therefore, can become impatient with him. It only took 1 hour & 45 min. to complete with 2 men and a backhoe doing the work. They worked quickly and efficiently.

I bought a house that failed a health dept inspection because of an illegal septic system. Part of the real estate agreement included the seller paying for half of a new septic system. I requested quotes from 3 companies. One never returned any of my calls, one quoted a reasonable price. Wayne Litwiller himself came to my house the same day I called and gave me a somewhat high price for a buried sand filter, which he recommended because I have heavy clay soil, and because the previous system failed. I went with Litwiller because I had heard they were the cadillac of excavating companies. That was 16 years ago, and I have never had ANY trouble whatsoever with the new septic system. If you want a septic system done right by experienced professionals who know what they're doing, use Litwiller. Your s*** is their bread and butter!

Wanyne came to my house and looked over the jobsite very careflully. He explained my options and did exactly what they said they would do.

System works great. They offer service were they check it twice a year. Did that for a lot of years but they hired a new guy that wasn't narly as good as Scott was so I dropped the service.

We have had Litwiller at our current home and needed help when we found out we were not connected to sewer in our new home and needed help, quickly! They were wonderful and only charged what was necessary. They finished all work in one day and I was so impressed by their honesty and professionalism.

Dar Litwiller came out to inspect a septic system on a home I was considering purchasing. He arrived early to start running water through the pipes. He explained how the septic system worked and inspected inside the tank, the vents, and the discharge pipe. Knowing almost nothing about septic systems, I was able to learn a good deal from Dar. If I ever have issues with the system, I will definitely call this company again. The price of $230 is an estimate. It has been a few months since he came out for the inspection and I cannot remember the exact price.

It went fine. The sewer had been backing up and I had a plumbing company out that made things worse. A friend with a tiling company recommended Litwillers. They gave a ball park estimate. It turned out that the plug was under the street and I had clay tile under my drive, so the problem was more involved and not what was expected. They kept me updated on what they were doing and advised me of my options. They recommended another company whose name I do not remember to come to use air to clean out under the street. This worked and I can do that many times compared to what it would have cost to rip the street up, as I am responsible for the line until it hits the main. They also advised replacing the lines under the driveway before I redo it and gave a ballpark estimate so I can plan accordingly. Their supervisor came and checked their work after they were done.

He does a very good job for a reasonable price. He stands behind his work and is honest. I give him all A's and will use him again in the future.
