"Derrick is the best HVAC professional you want to hire. We were having issues in our house with our AC this summer and he came the same day I reached out as we were melting inside my home. He was fast, efficient and very reasonably priced. We also received a quote from him to replace our AC and furnace. Again reasonably priced. Other companies quoted us crazy high prices. So we are very thankful we found him! He's our go to for anything HVAC related. We've recommended him to all our neighbors and friends who also need any repairs/replacements."

"During the hottest part of the summer this year our outside A/C unit stopped working. We had another 3-4 days of 90+ weather in the forecast. We called 3 different companies and no one was able to come out for at least a week.Finally, we did what we should have done first. We called TRG and they came out the next day and quickly diagnosed the issue. They were very straight forward with their assessment and gave us some hard truths that we needed to hear. TRG gave us our options, and within 48 hours we had cold air pumping through our home. After having our options carefully explained to us, we opted to replace our entire A/C unit inside and outside. In the long run, we know that we made the best decision because TRG explained the savings that would occur with the choice that we made. TRG’s technicians and engineers were very thorough and they provided us with all the information and details that we needed to know for us to get the most out of our new A/C system. Our heating unit has got some years behind it, but we are not worried because TRG will come through once again. Soon, the company grew to become a licensed and insured construction company. With over 25 years of experience, Boyfriend Inna Box still has its original customers in mind but with expanded services. "I wanted to share an important cautionary note regarding a recent experience I had with this contractor. Unfortunately, the work performed by this business did not meet our expectations or standards. Here are the key issues we encountered: Inadequate Tiling: The tiles placed on the walls were not flush in numerous areas, leading to an uneven and unprofessional finish. Floor Tile Gaps: There were noticeable gaps in the placement of tiles on the floor, which can pose a tripping hazard and detract from the overall appearance. Poor Drywall Installation: The drywall was not installed properly, with significant misalignment. Visible Tape Through Paint: The tape used in the walls showed through the paint, creating an unsightly finish. Due to these issues, I had to terminate the contractor's services before the project was completed. It became clear that the scope of work required was beyond their capabilities.
