"I have appointment at 6:40 PM on 9Sep21 and I reached there around that time. No greetings or enquiry, they just time passing with some peppers work. Entire time they spent with one customer. I have waited until 7:20 PM and left the place. Never recommend or never go there again. I would not recommend to anybody. Such horrible and unprofessional experience."

I have been without a working washer for two months now the technician has been here four times to fix the washer and each time provides an excuse that GE did not send the correct parts. I’ve called multiple times asking to speak with a manager or supervisor so that I can get a working washing machine as soon as possible. The four times I have requested a callback from a manager supervisor no one has called me back. While I can talk to somebody in customer service, all they can do is pretty much schedule an appointment for the technician to come back, I have no guarantee when he comes back a fifth time next week that my washer will be fixed and I want a guarantee that I will have a fixed washing machine at the next visit. I do not recommend ever buying an appliance at Dick Van ****, because the customer service and maintenance is terrible. They rave about what a great warranty they have but they can’t back it up with their service. It shouldn’t take over two months to fix somebody’s washer. I don’t want anyone else to go through the same headache that I have had to go through and drag my laundry somewhere to do it for a household for two whole months, and Dick Van ****, not ever addressing the issue of the terrible service I have gotten from their maintenance department. I will continue posting on every social media site and feedback site I can find. I’ve given them so many opportunities to try and make this right before doing so, but the time has come to let everyone know never to purchase anything at Dick Van ****."

"Terrible! Wish I had gone with another company. Here is the issue with Heavenly Heat. If your sauna arrives damaged or and issue arrives -- they have zero technical support. Your repairs will be done by any "joe" that heavenly heat finds to do the repair in your area. They will have no experience with Sauna's and are given no instructions regarding the chemical free aspect of these sauna's. The worst part is the buyer, me, was treated as if I was the problem for wanting my sauna repaired correctly. I would have refused the delivery had I realized I was receiving a damaged sauna and would have to spend hours and days trying to get this resolved. The owner, Bob Morgan, is extremely responsive before he has your money but after, is a different story. When inquiring about the sauna he would respond generally within 10 minutes. After you purchase, and particularly if you have a problem with it, you are treated as if you're a nuisance. My sister bought a competitors sauna around the same time and the service she received from knowledgable representatives was a world of difference from my experience. My other issue was that there were shipping delays and Bob would never communicate them. I would have to pursue him to get information. I think they make a decent sauna but I would not recommend for reasons stated above."

"I ordered a part from this company for my dryer. They claim: 2 Day Quick Delivery! 365 Day Return Policy! Free Tech Support! I returned the unused part in their own packaging and they refused to provide a refund! Apparently, there's some hidden small print in their return policy that if you open the box and touch the product, that item is no longer eligible for a refund. They claim that the part showed signs of installation such as scuff marks. I asked for the part to be sent back to me for inspection by other professionals, but they refused because they disposed of the part. I've never encountered with such a scam company as this one and advise all to stay away from their misleadings! Good luck trying to get a refund from them, you're not getting one."
