I have appointment at 6:40 PM on 9Sep21 and I reached there around that time. No greetings or enquiry, they just time passing with some peppers work. Entire time they spent with one customer. I have waited until 7:20 PM and left the place. Never recommend or never go there again. I would not recommend to anybody. Such horrible and unprofessional experience.

I attempted to purchase three video games on Best Buy's website. I received two in the mail in a timely manner and the last video game was on back order. It was popular at the time, so it was completely understandable that it wasn't available at the time I placed my order. My husband's birthday is in August and I put the order in July. It wasn't here by his birthday, so I contacted them to inquire about the status. I was told by a customer service representative that it was in the mail and that she would mail me coupons for my trouble. A couple of weeks went by and the video game nor the coupons showed up. When I followed up the second time, I was once again told that it was in the mail. I waited two weeks before I followed up again. When I called in the third time, the representative initially told me it was delivered. When I explained it hadn't been delivered nor had my credit card been charged for the purchase, the representative then said that it was in the process of being prepared for delivery. At that point, I cancelled my order. I didn't get it in a timely manner, I shouldn't have had to call in multiple times to inquire on the status and getting told false information. I will never order from their website again.

Purchased a new refrigerator for our new house from them. The delivery went fairly smoothly but the refrigerator doors were not level when they left. I noticed it immediately, but they were gone. Note to everyone else - make sure all looks good before you allow them to leave.
Description of Work: Purchased a new refrigerator and had it delivered.
