The technology carried through those efforts as well, with 3D scanning to measure space and material requirements. The staff were very hardworking and experienced - no issues there. However, after sales support was lacking. For example they left their dumpster in my driveway for a week and could not schedule a pickup until and i called and called. They did not send me the paperwork after the work was done. Nor was there any follow up calls or emails to see how everything went. They are always on the hunt for the next job and there isn't time to make sure the customer is satisfied."

"This is the most negligent contractor I've dealt with in my life. They suggested to not be home for our attic insulation since we have a newborn at home which I appreciated. They seemed careful and thoughtful in the sales process which is why I ended up picking them for our project. However, when it came time for the job they were reckless with security and safety. Before the job I sent multiple notes via text and email, and had a phone call asking them to contact me at the end of each day so I could set the alarm and lock the doors remotely. Day one they didn't do this. I sent another ask to please be mindful of this so I could keep our home secure. Day 2 they did not do this again, and ended up leaving our front door wide open which triggered a burglar alarm at 2am requiring us to deal with the security company and police throughout the night. Afterwards it took days for anyone to reply. They lacked empathy or ownership for how negligent their team was. I would not recommend working with these people. Mistakes happen, but the response to these mistakes was almost as bad as their dangerous actions themselves."
