They were always so nice to work with, even suggesting things which was helpful. They never left a project until they thought it was perfect. We did a full kitchen remodel, even closing off a window to move a fridge and pantry to the other side to allow more cabinets and much needed counter space. They widen the entrance and the kitchen seems so much bigger. We think it’s Beautiful! They did laminated floors throughout the first floor, painted all walls and new baseboards. They created a wine bar which was just a cubby hole. They put in a pantry like cubby hole in our laundry room and added cabinets and above wall unit. One of the projects we had them add is new wooden stairs to the 2nd floor, white spindles and railing that curves instead of a wall and laminate floors on the 2nd floor. "This is the most negligent contractor I've dealt with in my life. They suggested to not be home for our attic insulation since we have a newborn at home which I appreciated. They seemed careful and thoughtful in the sales process which is why I ended up picking them for our project. However, when it came time for the job they were reckless with security and safety. Before the job I sent multiple notes via text and email, and had a phone call asking them to contact me at the end of each day so I could set the alarm and lock the doors remotely. Day one they didn't do this. I sent another ask to please be mindful of this so I could keep our home secure. Day 2 they did not do this again, and ended up leaving our front door wide open which triggered a burglar alarm at 2am requiring us to deal with the security company and police throughout the night. Afterwards it took days for anyone to reply. They lacked empathy or ownership for how negligent their team was. I would not recommend working with these people. Mistakes happen, but the response to these mistakes was almost as bad as their dangerous actions themselves."
