Once windows were ready (ahead of schedule) we set a date. Radek arrived on time and installed the windows within a day. He also made sure to leave each of the work areas clean. The only issue we had recently was one of the inside security tabs broke. They sent someone within a week. Very nice person. I was caught in traffic and he waited 10 minutes for me to get home. He replaced the security tab in under 30 seconds. Asked if we were happy with the windows, told him we were. They don't give the energy savings they claim, but the house stays a more comfortable temperature and the outside noises were diminished dramatically."
