Best company I have hired since I began renovating my home. Ryan is professional, the company acts quickly, and the work is of quality.

Ryan, sales mgr explained and answered all my questions, as well as explaining why the cost could go up due to a design problem that caused water to pool on the roof. Turns out that the fix had to change the look of my house! I told Bill, the carpenter on the team, that it was important to maintain my home's unique character. He came up with an idea that while it did change the look, it kept all the mid-century charm that I love. More importantly, the work done by the crew was excellent. I was able to watch them work. They were all business and efficiency. Bill installed 2 new skylights, and Ryan suggested a modification to allow even more light to come in. The crew was super clean and left my backyard in better shape than when they came. I feel that Ryan and Bill listened to everything I said and did not discount a word. A special thanks to Bill, because I never would have thought of the solution he came up with.

It went very well. The team at Trela is very professional and experienced! They were on time, cleaned up after themselves and went above and beyond to solve some frustrating roof problems we had in addition to the skylight replacement.

Ryan showed up and diagnosed the problem in under 20 minutes. I'd had 2 other professionals in the attic and he was the only one who actually used a tape measure. He found the issue and showed me a couple of other areas of improvement.

Ryan was easy to work with. Was not absolute lowest quote for job but lower than most on Angies List. Honest and upfront. Crew was competent. Not the neatest but in the end no surprises and Trela delivered on all that was in contract.

They were able to come out fairly quickly to create a quote and the price was fair and work reasonable.

I can't say enough. They were on-time and clean. They took pictures of everything to show me before and after to make sure everything they said they would do was done. The price was right. I'll recommend them to anybody.

Requested an estimate and they responded right away by phone, came out right away and provided the written estimate right away, which is more than any of the other companies I called did.

Responded the next day to inquiry about skylight and set up appt. to come out for estimate. Within a week I had estimate to replace one3x3 Velux non opening skylight

They came out in a timely manner. Ryan was super friendly, and willing to give me multiple estimates for my needs. The turnaround time for the repairs were not long at all, and the work they did was solid. I am very satisfied with Trela, and would definitely use them for future repairs.

It went very well. The sales process was efficient, and Trela did what they said when they said they would do it. The few issues that came up were handled promptly and professionally. The only hiccup was a crew spreading out on my neighbor's property when we specifically asked that this be avoided. They remedied this last one immediately when made aware of the situation. We would definitely hire them again.

Our roof replacement went very well. Trela staff were responsive as we were deciding on a contractor, and were prompt, professional and thorough on the project. We were very pleased with the results!

The project went very well. Work was done soon after the contract was signed. The crew was very courteous and efficient and got in our way very little considering that it took 4 1/2 days, including some interior work on the new skylights. Very professional!

Trela was very professional. They installed a new ridge vent on my house. They matched the shingles well, and we are happy.

On May 4, I went to their website and requested a quote for my roof to be replaced. It's over 10 years old and there's a hole in it. I have reached out to them several times with no response. They finally called me me on Friday, May 11 and told me they'd come out on Monday or Tuesday. This morning (Tuesday) I called them to let them know I wouldn't be home and that I was expecting them today. The same rude man tried to tell me he said Tuesday or Wednesday and it will likely be Wednesday. Then he said they've been held up because of rain. I HAVE A HOLE IN MY ROOF. Shows they don't care about their potential customers. When I called to cancel the request for proposal, the man tried to act all nonchalant like he didn't care either way. His gleeful "Okay, thanks!!" and hangs up on me.

Very well. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the work and professionalism.
