I had a small hodge-podge of work needing to be done that consisted of 4 new windows (existing ones were original to the 1940's house and rotting) and then having all the fascia around the house capped with aluminum (and replacing any rotting boards). I was having trouble finding a company to do the windows and the fascia together even though the one set of old windows were in a dormer with the fascia rotting out (and needing to be replaced with the windows) -- but Ultimate Remodelers took care of it all and for a reasonable price. Also appreciated them following up after the work was done to make sure we were 100% happy.

I needed Ultimate Remodelers to match existing windows and siding. I also wanted them to do new interior framing in wood. They came several times to match siding, window colors, and stain colors with samples. When the job was done, they cleaned up after themselves, washed the windows, showed us how to use them, and did a great job on the trim. I could not be more pleased.

Everything went extremely well. The team was very efficient and highly skilled. They took care that everything was covered while they were working and cleaned up when they were finished. My wife and I were very pleased with the work and appreciated their professionalism from working with the sales representative, front office and the team of Installers.

James and team did a great job fixing our roof. High winds and storms during spring caused a section of our shingles to fly off. James was very responsive from the beginning and worked with our insurance company to get an estimate approved that was almost double what insurance originally quoted. They did a thorough job both leading up to, during and after the repair. I chose them based on their high reviews across multiple websites, and now I can see why. Our roof looks great and I highly recommend James and Ultimate Remodelers for roofing work.

I stumbled across the owner, James, of Ultimate Remodelers in a panic during the summer. It was during a weekend of heavy downfall and my wife discovered a small leak in our upstairs bedroom moments before leaving for the weekend. We called four roofing companies, all giving us at least 4 or 5 days wait time until they could help us. My call to James was completely different. He understood the amount of rain we were getting and came over right away to take a look at our roof. Even though we were not home, James found the cause for the leak, repaired it, and on his way down from the roof, decided to clear out my gutters. It was an unbelievable act of generosity that quickly earned future business. We then turned to Ultimate Remodelers to install a new front door and, much like our previous experience, everything was done professionally and timely. The door was installed in a day and James and his company went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy. Whether that was picking up the door themselves from Menards or responding quickly with texts, I knew that my satisfaction was their top priority. I grew up with my father always telling me to "have a guy" when it comes to home/car repairs. James from Ultimate Remodelers has earned the title of "my guy" and someone I completely trust, and you should too. He cares for his customers. He will give a fair price and the work will not disappoint!

Ultimate remodelers replaced our roof. They returned my calls promptly, were very knowledgeable about the products available, and the work was completed on schedule. The roofers were pleasant and professional. They made sure to keep their work area clean and were careful with our landscaping and outdoor furniture. They did a fantastic job from start to finish. James was very, very helpful ( and patient!) as I was trying to decide on colors, styles,etc. He even delivered swatches and samples to my house. The crew was very polite, professional and prompt. Overall, a wonderful job! i am extremely happy with new porch.

They were able to start work even earlier than promised. The workers were on time and industrious and approached the job from the perspective of "do it right" not just the minimum; this is important because vinyl can hide a lot of flaws if it's just slapped over a decaying substrate.. They were responsive to my requests. They knocked it out in under three days and cleaned up after themselves. I had no hesitation leaving the house unlocked so they could access the bathroom while I was away. The whole process from being shown the product and signing the contract to completion was very smooth. They were recommended to me and I have no hesitation recommending them to you.

i can't say enough about Ultimate Remodelers. James (owner) presented and delivered the best price, service and quality door i could imagine. he was not high pressure and did not try and up-sell me. The process was smooth and professional. When the installers (Dave and Andy) showed up ( a few early) to start staging their tools and material, they came and introduced themselves and explained the process and approx time to complete. Total professionals, friendly and cleaned up after they were done. I highly recommend Ultimate Remodelers, and will be working with them again for upcoming projects.

James and his crews are punctual, hard-working, and considerate. They were patient with me when I asked questions, even though they were already on top of everything throughout. I'm just so used to needing to closely watch home service providers--I did with Ultimate Remodelers anyway, but it was clear I didn't need to. Not only was the price very competitive, the finished deck far exceeded our expectations. The men building it were very professional and pleasant. They worked through a rainy period to keep on schedule. Great company and people to work with. They also installed window and repaired others. Very good work.
