"Had an appointment set for 8am this morning to receive a quote on cleaning and treating our deck. No one showed up. At a little past 8:30am, I called them and got their voicemail. I left a message and said that no one had shown up, I did not receive a phone call, and this makes me wonder if I really want to get a quote. At about 11am, I received a phone call from I believe the owner. He began by apologizing and saying that the appointment was not on his calendar. Then, he said that he did not think he really wanted to give me a quote, an obvious reference to my comment on his voicemail. CAT Contracting, Inc. is a national restoration company which operates two divisions. The residential catastrophe division facilitates the sales and restoration processes for homeowners after catastrophic storm events. The Commercial Division services large low slope membrane systems including but not limited to TPO, EPDM, Spray Foam, PVC, Metal and Hydro-Stop
"The original project manager was good. He installed the roof, had a few hiccups, but I was satisfied until 1 1/2 years later when I got 4 leaks. Additionally, some aluminium was supposed to be installed and it still hasn't been installed. I have been calling since March 2019 and still no one has come out to fix the leaks. I only have a couple of months left until warranty expires which I'm figuring they are waiting for. I've called & asked the owner Matt to call me, b ut 5 days later and still no call. A roofer is only as good as his repairs. My advise is don't use Cat. They have no one within 50 miles to repair my roof. I'm very disappointed as I first thought they had done a good job. I had seen reviews where the owner was very responsive, but not to me."
