+ -1 moreI will never contact Primetime Painting again for any paint estimate and I will tell all my friends and family the same. Stay away from this guy!
Description of Work: I contacted Primetime Painting for an estimate on an external paint job for a home in Loves Park, IL. I had also contacted 3 other Painting companies in the area to do price comparisions. Tom from Primetime contacted me indicating he emailed me a quote with a price but I told him I didn't receive the quote and please resend it. He never gave me the price on the phone. I did not receive a quote via email so the following week, I selected one of the other 3 vendors and started the job. Today Tom from Primetime Painting called me indicating he saw someone else painting the house. I told him I selected another vendor as I never received pricing information from him. He started to argue with me! I politely thanked him for his time and he said "I was just calling you to tell you the painter you hired is doing a lousy job" and then he hung up on me! The painting company I hired has been sending me pictures of progress on the home as I live in Texas. They are doing a beautiful job and will get a fantastic review on Angies List. Do not even call Primetime Painting for an estimate. They are extremely unprofessional!!!
