It took some time to get the job done because of the need to obtain the part that would match the home's exterior, and they made a great effort to match the part - not a perfect match, but not their fault - I didn't expect to have a perfect match on account my home is ~20 years old. Once they had the part, they installed it in about an hour or so. Great job! They are very kind people. I will hire them again should I need more exterior work done on the house."

"Ended up finding out that the work is not up to code. Railing is only 28 inches. Some pieces are not even attached, and nothing is square. Horrible workmanship. Contacted Josh and was told he would come out. Did not show up. Contacted again, said would be there the next day. Once again, never showed up. Contacted again, but no reply. My only recourse now is to hire someone else to fix it and pursue the cost of repairs in small claims court."
