US EXTERIOR MAINTENANCE & REPAIR

They did damage to one our our windows, installed the outside door incorrectly, and some of the flashings were not properly installed. We asked of the owners to come out and speak to us. They did speak to us however they never completed the mistakes

Recently purchased a townhouse that has EIFS. We had it inspected prior to purchase and were told that the seals needed to be replaced, some cracks needed to be repaired, and there was a section of the EIFS that needed to be pulled out and replaced. We had some issues getting a good report from the inspector and US Exterior was great working with us re: the type of information they would need before they could provide an estimate. They were very responsive and good about answering all of our questions. They were very prompt in providing a bid that was generally comparable to those we received from other companies. The bid they provided was very detailed re: what work was to be done and referenced the inspection report, which made it easy to follow their proposal. The final cost was slightly lower than the estimate they provided. They kept to the schedule, even with all the rain this year. The workers were polite, kept us informed re: what they were doing, were not intrusive, and got the work done quickly. No complaints at all and will use them again for general upkeep/any problems in the future.

I have US Exterior before to add drainage below my large windows. My home remains dry and they do an excellent job of caulking windows. They come highly recommended by a building inspector.

After living in our first ever home for 1 year it became apparent to us the we needed a maintenance plan for our Dryvit EFIS exterior and as we did not know much if anything about this type of home cladding we sought various contractors. We first paid for a home inspection and report from another Angies List company, MIS Inspections, who specialize in Dryvit and Stucco. This lead us to several quotes from various contractors. US Exterior was the best in responsiveness, price, and professionalism. We were very happy with the experience from start to finish and will use them again in the future for maintenance and possibly window replacement due to our good experience.

They dealt with us pretty well. Their price was fine.

I thought they over-promised and under-delivered. When I hired them for smaller jobs, I was happy. However, I was disappointed with the larger job they did. For example, they installed wrought iron railings on my porch, which started to rust within a year. I called the company about this, and have yet to hear back from them. I think their workers and office staff are great, butt I've found the management to be unresponsive.

Not helpful. Should have told us over the phone that they only send salesman to give estimates not professionals who do repair work. Waste of everyone's time.

Decided not to use because only wanted to fix problem if home inspector came out and figured out where leak was coming from. I prefer the person fixing the problem is confident about the source of the problem.

He was very hard working yet easy to work with. They took just a little while to get back to us but it was ok. They had very competitive prices. I would highly recommend them.
