"Jerry was not prompt at all with communication. Insurance company was looking for a more detailed estimate and breakdown of what was going to be done in each room to remove the mold and he refused. He didn’t want to spend the time to help me."

"GCPRO were the most professional and technology-equipped of all the estimators who came to look at this project. They had laser measures, tools for reading how wet the drywall was, infrared cameras to look at the water saturation... It was impressive! They also were very competitive in pricing. I chose them for those reasons and because they were start-to-finish, handling the remediation and removal efforts all the way through to reconstruction and finishing efforts. The technology carried through those efforts as well, with 3D scanning to measure space and material requirements. The two carpenters who worked on putting everything back together (and actually beyond what was originally there, Janusz and Yaroslav, were extremely professional, polite, detail-oriented and neat. I am astounded by the quality of their craftsmanship. I cannot recommend GCPRO enough!"

"They were prompt in showing up, but did not have enough equipment at first. They first secured the job and then slowly brought equipment from other jobs. The staff were very hardworking and experienced - no issues there. However, after sales support was lacking. For example they left their dumpster in my driveway for a week and could not schedule a pickup until and i called and called. They did not send me the paperwork after the work was done. Nor was there any follow up calls or emails to see how everything went. They are always on the hunt for the next job and there isn't time to make sure the customer is satisfied."

"It went very well. I could not be happier. The project Manager Angel Vega and crew took control and had my water damaged condo walls, ceiling and floor removed in one day. the dryed out the water. Then a crew came following week Rigo and Omars " the two Roberts" and rebuilt and fixed all my damage they went the extra mile to make things right again."

"This is the most negligent contractor I've dealt with in my life. They suggested to not be home for our attic insulation since we have a newborn at home which I appreciated. They seemed careful and thoughtful in the sales process which is why I ended up picking them for our project. However, when it came time for the job they were reckless with security and safety. Before the job I sent multiple notes via text and email, and had a phone call asking them to contact me at the end of each day so I could set the alarm and lock the doors remotely. Day one they didn't do this. I sent another ask to please be mindful of this so I could keep our home secure. Day 2 they did not do this again, and ended up leaving our front door wide open which triggered a burglar alarm at 2am requiring us to deal with the security company and police throughout the night. Afterwards it took days for anyone to reply. They lacked empathy or ownership for how negligent their team was. I would not recommend working with these people. Mistakes happen, but the response to these mistakes was almost as bad as their dangerous actions themselves."

"POORLY!!! It took me over 2 years to pick the colors. I had finally made the decision to move forward and researched many companies. They all came in around the same price, but since I had read good reviews here, I decided to go with Jay. I had to reach out a few times wondering when they would actually start. Finally his 2nd guy in charge, James, came out and we discussed what was to be done again and sign the contract. As I was not sure about the finish, I asked about options. He described flat to me and I was totally against it as I did not want to see streak marks, have to clean it once a week and it just looked lifeless to me. I am a very colorful person and enjoy seeing color. He told me I still had time to decide. Weeks went by again and he finally stated he would be out on a Monday with the worker so we could go over things and they could start Tues. We walked thru everything and did not discuss the type of paint. I had forgotten as I was excited to finally have the work started. In his paperwork, it should have stated that the finish had not been decided and we should have talked upon the final walk thru. Nothing was mentioned. The worker came the next day and began painting. At the end of the 1st day, as I started to look over everything, I noticed that it was flat paint, there was paint all over the woodwork, the ceiling was not done correctly, there was paint on my bedroom furniture and carpet, the bathroom looked like a 5 year old did it, he missed a whole closet, the closets he did were bad. He did patchwork but did not sand well and just painted over it. The kitchen, the same thing. Did not patch at all and just painted over the mess that was there. I contact James and made him aware of the problems. He came out and we went over everything. I was very clear about the everything and that flat paint was never an option. He tried saying that be cause I never told him what I wanted, this flat was their default if the customer did not ask for anything specific. I reminded him in numerous conversations for over a week about what was said, and he finally agreed to buy more paint at his cost and he would fix the problems. Sent the same guy back and after the day, I said in the light of tomorrow I would review and get back to them. Hold onto your hats because he painted it a 2nd time in FLAT!!!!! I broke down in tears! This house that I loved now had the wrong paint on it for the 2nd time, still paint all over the woodwork. Closet still not done. At this point, I sent an email to both James and Jay stating what happened. Jay, the owner of the company never responded. This is his name out there and you would think he would care enough to follow up on his workers totally giving him a bad name, but nope. Not a word. James wanted to make it right but after 2 failed attempts, I couldn't let them near my house. I broke the contract and would never, ever recommend them to anyone. This is the reason for this review. I have had anxiety trying to find someone I can trust to fix the mess that Jay has left behind and spend additional money fixing the problems he and his team created."
