"My husband and I were looking to get 2 bathrooms in our home remodeled. My husband called and was told that 4 Ever Remodeling does not service our area. Needless to say, we were confused seeing that this company remodeled a home across the street from where we live. I decided to go on their website to see the areas. Again, not only do they service the Oak Park area, they also service two surrounding suburbs. I called back to ask why is this and was told that it was because of my area code. I tried telling this company that I was literally one block from the expressway, however 4 Ever Remodeling kept saying, it's the zip code. I felt it was very discriminatory and we shouldn't be judged based on the area code. Being a former Oak Park resident, I will share my experience with family and friends in OP as I will share on social medial as well."

"Repair of small guest bathroom shower/tub area. Chose americraft bc they had no complaints on bbb and good reviews on social media. After obtaining quote greg came out to evaluate repair and answer questions. Our perception was that Greg lost interest when we didn’t want to change tub to shower or replace the bathtub. Just to keep existing tub. This would have brought quote down 2 to 3 thousand dollars. At this point Greg practically ran out of our condo. Never heard back from them. Our perception is that Americraft is not nterested if project is 10 thousand or lower. My wife may of scared him with either providing awareness of plumbing problems with common area or had all lights off except bathroom bc she’s embarrassed of our condo. Do not recommend for small projects."

"We loved working with Ibro! He is super responsive, which is something people are usually concerned about when it comes to working with a contractor. Any time we had any questions or concerns, Ibro would call almost immediately. He showed up on time every day we expected and was always very neat & tidy with his work space. Our project costed about what we expected, and he does beautiful work! He renovated our primary bathroom and closet, and it’s everything we hoped it would be and more! He is very skilled and takes his time to make sure everything looks perfect. We are super impressed with his work and will definitely be using his services again for any future projects."

"Kevin was my sales guy and was super responsive every step of the way. We started about two-three weeks after the contract was signed which gave us enough time to shop for our vanities, light fixtures, mirrors and other finishing touches. Century City supplied everything else. A big reason I chose this company was that they do custom showers and will make whatever size shower your heart desires. Others try to sell you on stock sizes and acrylic. They also take credit card payments which proves their legitimacy. Octavio, Andrii and Tino started on time and performed the remodel over 2 weeks and 3 days. Whenever there was a barrier to completion, the three of them worked to fix/remedy quickly. For instance my piping was above ground, and they worked to re-do everything under the flooring so that everything was hidden. There were also some obstacles that they were able to overcome. I spent the most time with Octavio and he is a hard worker, extremely professional, skilled and had a positive can do attitude. Andrii did the tile work in the shower and the piping and was a perfectionist. I had a couple minor requests at the end of the major work, and Tom (my consultant) got his guys to come back within 1-2 days to fix. Overall, I highly recommend this company and commend their professionalism and high quality work. Bravo!"

He walked me through my kitchen cabinet and floor installation, and when the day came for the project, everything was done as he said it would be with no surprises. You know, the older I get, the more I value a person's experience. Christian has so much of it, I feel there is nothing he can't handle. Isn't that the type of person you want on your job? Plus, he is such a nice and good guy! John also was on the job that day. He worked from 930a to 8p. When Christian said the job would take only one day, John was the reason. And although he must have been so tired, John took the time to sweep up afterwards. What a professional! I wouldn't have met Christian and John if it weren't for Joseph, their boss and the founder and CEO of New Project Deal. "New kitchens are our specialty", he wrote me. I looked at their websites gallery, was impressed by their work, and made the call. Now my kitchen can be included in their gallery! Maybe yours will be too!!"
