Prime Bath

We are thrilled with the bathroom projects completed by Prime Bath. Steve and Lucas were polite and professional. We really appreciated their attention to detail! This was a 4 day project, and they cleaned up daily before leaving.

I selected Prime Bath originally because of their quick response to my inquiries. Their representative Kevin came right out to the house within days. He was well prepared to discuss my needs and find solutions. I had some unusual requirements. I was looking to have a large, walk-in Handicapped shower installed in the corner of a medium-sized master bath. I was specific with how I wanted it and was told there would be no problem meeting my needs. I was impressed with the level of professionalism that day and was very satisfied to sign a contract for the work at the agreed-upon price. It took a few or so weeks to get the work scheduled but not an unreasonable amount of time. Kevin was always available for updates. When the crew of two did arrive they were very courteous and conscientious. Mats on the floor and a minimum of noise and dust. In less than two days I had a beautiful, professionally installed shower built to my exact specifications. A few days later Kevin contacted me to check to make sure I was completely happy with the job. I cannot recommend Prime Bath highly enough. They are the best contractors of any kind I've ever dealt with and would call them again for any bathroom work I would have done in the future. We’ve had both of our bathrooms redone by Prime Bath. They did an amazing job on both. After the completion, we had them back to install grab bars and that Wes scheduled and completed in very short order. I would highly recommend them.

Prime Baths is one of the most impressive companies my husband and I have had the privilege of working with. Kevin came out to give us a quote and we didn't feel rushed as we tried to agree on what we actually wanted. When it came time to decide how to pay, you can pay in full or finance. We gave a deposit and decided to pay in full at the end of the project, so the materials were ordered. Material arrived on time, we scheduled the installation, and we pulled the dream installation team of Bill and Lennon. These two were amazing, they took out the old tub/shower and had the new walk-in shower installed in day one. They were very professional, personable, and knew what they were doing. They were back on day two to install the floor, vanity, linen closet, mirror, and towel bars. We are absolutely thrilled with the end result. Both my husband and I would highly recommend this company if you were thinking about making a change in your bathroom(s). Added plus to all of this, they have a lifetime warranty on their products and workmanship!!!

The sales associate was friendly and very helpful throughout the whole process, the installation team was on time and answered all my questions, and the bathroom looks great!

This company is awesome! Did the job in about 8 hours & were so good with my dog! Customer service is awesome… just got a follow up phone call to see if everything was still cool! Great price… great service… local - not big corporation… custom made walk on shower due to small space… totally worth everything!!

Prime Bath was amazing to work with. They installed and accessible shower for my moms house. Fair pricing, clean, respectful to my 90 year old parent, and they did it in one day! And they took no short cuts. Stripped everything down to the studs and installed new plumbing too. I’m an architect and approved of everything they did. Great job prime bath!

Bathtubs have always been a problem for my grandpa. He can’t lift his legs very high without the risk of falling over and we’ve been wanting to get a walk-in tub for a while now. After getting a few different opinions, I found these guys and they got the job done quickly, and beautifully. If you want someone who cares about the job they’re doing, this is where you find them!

Needed to redo our shower in master bathroom to put our house on the market. Krivo came out and was very helpful and showed us our options. It went great , it came out even better then we thought it would. Well worth every penny we spent . They worked so well with my wife to make the bathroom look just how she wanted it , and a BIG THANK YOU to them for that lol Finished a day earlier as well wich was a blessing because of family reunion and the reason we remodeled the bathroom in the 1st place So again a BIG THANK YOU to Ken and his team for going that extra step to help us out .
