Even though it was not called for in the contract, they replaced the old drip edge with a new one that matched the color of our gutters and trim, while the old one did not. They arrived by 6AM and worked until dusk to finish the job and make sure that all debris was cleaned up and the yard left in good order. "A complete joke of a company. They tried charging me almost 1000 bucks to install two pieces of used lumber using my ladder because they weren't prepared for the job. They were severely underquoted the project to get the bid then changed to a time and materials. I accepted with the intent they would be prepared for the job. They informed they would be there at 8 am showed up late. Everyone was one the phone while "on the clock." There clock started when they started work in the morning. No materials at jobsite the day of. No plans of the repair other than a brief discussion. After I kicked them out of the job . The carpenter at least calls back asking to pick up his things. Meanwhile the estimator trespassed without even calling to take their things (which I would have allowed if they at least called). Has the audacity to take pictures of the work they didn't do and try to charge me for it. A complete joke that further cements their lack of preparedness and communication towards the job"

"It started off bad it was cold mid January 2020 they sent 2 men to tear off the siding and replace it. It took a month(they finished in February) I started taking pictures at first to record our experience good thing, I then was taking pictures to protect myself. They never put there things away at the end of the day (extension cords, ladders saw horses ect..) every day I had to take pictures.(They stepped on a small bush and broke it, they put there ladder on my new air conditioner and put large scratches in it, they damaged my garage, and spilled a red drink on my new $3,200 concrete steps and stained them) they have paid for the damage but still have not tried to clean my steps, And when they were done and asked me to sign off and pay the rest of what I owed I ask them to please clean there oily hand prints off the siding they agreed I signed off and they left with out cleaning. The siding looked really good once they came back to clean it. three months went by and two sides of our house wrapped and here it is November 2020 and they haven't fixed my siding yet. I have no issues with the windows."

Repair costs are affected by geographic location such as ice & water underlayment requirements in the North and hurricane durability requirements in the Southeast. Other things that affect the cost are quality of materials, layers of tear-off, condition of the decking, and the style and pitch of your roof. Does your company have multiple locations? This will let you know if they are truly local or a large company briefly working your area after a storm.
Do you offer a workmanship warranty? Confirm in writing the time length and details of such warranty.
Do you have quality reviews? All roofing contractors have references of their successful jobs. Good contractors won't have many negative reviews.
How will you protect our windows, siding and landscaping?
