I got an alert from GreenSky that the company charge them. When I paid them by checks, I am seeking a lawyer and I'm going to sue them. Had to call Midtown and told them that their workers had put defective materials on my deck. Midtown was paid by GreenSky before the work was completed. Also, you can notice that there are ridges on the wood, as if a saw was used to put ridges in the wood."

"Our roof was purchased in 2014. Ever since they removed the ventilation system that was in place when they house was built and put in their ridge vent system. Our attic has been creating so much condensation that mold has formed and water has leaked in every room on our second floor. Style Exteriors has came to my house every winter since 2014 and infact, admitted that its a ventilation issue and will not replace the ventilation system that they installed. When then updated the roof and ridge vent they nailed closed the ridge vent so the air flow cannot properly get out. Causing it to just remain in the attic. We had several different contractors out for their professional opinions, stating it is in fact the ridge vent that they installed. Style Exteriors will not replace it even though it came with a 10 year warranty, which is on their website. Would not recommend this company at al!!l Stay far, far away. They have cost us thousands of dollars in mold removal, painting, drywall replacement, along with purchasing a new ventilation system with another company, due to their poor quality Ridge vent and lack of workman ship when installed."
