I am thrilled and very, very happy with the excellent work done by Vanguard Building Services. I had several issues they addressed and fixed in a very efficient, cost conscious and totally customer focused manner. From peeling ceilings to bathroom mold remediation to retiling a water damaged laundry room floor, Vanguard addressed each problem, fixed all to my complete satisfaction and left each day totally cleaning up the areas. I highly recommend this company!

Highly recommend! I had extensive mold in my attic and got several quotes but after talking with Glenn, I felt most comfortable working with them given his knowledge and professionalism. They scheduled the job quickly and completely removed all the mold. On top of that they offered a post remediation air test which I accepted and came back clear. Thank God! Crew was very professional and prompt as well.
