The spots were minimally lightened.. but with a price quoted as only $125 for two rooms and a hallway, what could I expect? I added a couch and chair to be cleaned also and total price was $200. Couch and chair appear to be cleaned. He quoted double treatment, sanitizing, deodorizing, stain guarding, pre-spotted conditioner, naplifting conditioner, degreaser.. in a high-pitched tone like a announcer at a circus. He appeared to be working hard with his limited equipment, but we were not impressed in the end. I should have paid more and gone with Stanley Steamer, for example, lesson learned, cheaper is not better."
