Al arrived promptly and performed a phenomenal job. We have a puppy that left many stains throughout the house. Al did an incredible job of removing the stains and bringing the carpet to its original appearance. I strongly recommend him to anyone looking for someone to perform carpet cleaning professionally and at a very reasonable price.

Al is always a friendly face. He is flexible with my schedule (I work with two kids), loves our dog, and is always on time. I’ve used him 3-4 times now on our rugs and couches. He does cleaning and sanitizing and I can ask him to call me in 6 months or a year to schedule another cleaning and he always does. If I ask him to work on a specific area to clean that my kids destroy and he will always do his best. He also has great deals during the typical slow months and he lets me know of those too. He is polite and flexible and I’ll be using him in the future. Thanks Al!

I hired this company to clean the rugs and furniture in my Mother-in-laws apartment. She is 93 years young, with allergies and asthma. I was there when cleaning was performed. Very impressed with quality of cleaning and customer service. The time frame that I needed the work completed was very tight. Company kept me updated on arrival time and actually was able to make it 15 minutes earlier than scheduled time. My mother in law was able to go back into her apartment as soon as they left. I thought our recent carpet cleaning request might be the first time he would not be able to get a stain out, but I was happily wrong. Wonderful customer service!

Al is a wonderful man, very kind and friendly. I will not lie- i donâ t feel comfortable leaving a negative review after seeing some of his responses to people on google after they stated their concerns. This service was not what we were expecting. My partner was there for the service. From what he describes and from my knowledge (20+ years family owned cleaning business) what Al used was an orbital carpet cleaner. These are great for removing allergens and freshening up smells with scented cleaners. But due to the fact that minimal water is used and no water is removed from the carpet, it does not â feelâ clean to us. He also hit our walls with the machine several times leaving scuffs and removing paint in some areas. We just bought this house and freshly painted all the walls as our first task, we have no furniture in the house yet. If my partner knew what the machine was beforehand he would not have agreed to the service due to the fact that he is a germaphobe and we were under the impression the carpets were being washed but in a quick dry way.

Al (the owner) was as friendly as he was industrious. Pleasant and east to have around and deeply invested in pleasing me with his work, I would recommend him to anyone. Over and above my expectations, the price was highly competitive and the communication was superlative. Thnx Al!

My experience with AA Quick Dry Carpet Cleaning on March 8, 2023 was fantastic! The owner, Al was very professional and courteous and took the time to explain his multi-step processe of how he was going to treat my carpet. I had some major problem areas throughout the carpeted rooms of my house and he was able to remove them like they never existed. Not only does this company clean the carpeting but they disinfect, deodorize and stain proof it too! I have a kitty that was sick with some tummy troubles and Al was my genie in a bottle because I had literally tried EVERYTHING to get those stains out!
