We had a few small issues we brought up to them & they not only fixed it but made it better. We ran a few extras by Derrick & he gave us the facts on cost & practicality which saved us money in the end. He never tried to upsell & no hidden costs. We had three other bids & PVC with Derrick cost less than one of the wood bids we received. Derrick communicates & he's responsive. Our deck turned out amazing & we couldn't be happier. I've recommended him to many friends & coworkers - fabulous experience."
