"Contacted them to by phone on 7/16/21 at about 9:30 am was told the estimators were busy but was asked to send an email of photo's I had of the problem as well as my contact info and estimator would be in touch. I sent email and received a reply from Billing Mgr at 10:02 am. That is the last I heard from them. Ended up getting work done by another company that actually replied back to me (that same day). With all of the other glowing reviews of this company on Angles list, I'm surprised."

In just 3 hours they completed all 6 projects and their work was professional and clean. They were very polite and flexible as that same day I had sump pump issues and had various plumbers coming in and out to give estimates and they were able to work around the interruptions with no issues. "The installers were friendly and worked quickly to hang my wall paper. But there were a few mistakes I noted once they left ( paper cut wider than my light switch covers). As soon as I told the company they returned to fix it which was good. But the guy didn?t speak much English so he would start fixing it without telling us his plan. He ended up replacing that panel on paper which is not as well laid as the rest of the wall. I doubt he could have made it better but we will keep it that way."
