He made comments about not enough paint but wouldn't buy more

Very Good. Whole house's exterior and all trim was painted. The company was prompt and showed integrity. He showed up and finished when promised. The workmanship was outstanding. Paint was applied evenly and all masking was accurately done and removed. I highly recommend this company. .

Carlos quoted me a price that included “everything”; then expected an additional reimbursement for the cost of the paint. What professional painting contractor does not know how much paint will be needed and incorporate this expense into the quote? I have hired painters for other projects in the past - this absurd practice has never been used by other contractors. It amounts to a deceptive bait and switch, as it added several hundred dollars onto the cost of the project, and caused me to rule out other bids that likely would have provided superior work at a comparable price. He did not apply wood filler to any cracks and imperfections in the wood, nor did he clean the surface by power washing or even spot cleaning the environmental dirt and bird s**t on the surface. He simply proceeded to smear the s**t around with his paintbrush until the white streaks were somewhat blurred out. Finally, Carlos neglected to paint a street-facing section of the fence, then brazenly insisted that I send him a Zelle payment for an additional gallon of paint before he would finish the job. If he had made any good-faith attempt to correct his oversight instead of being weirdly defensive and demanding, then I would not be writing this review. Instead, I paid ~$2K for an incomplete mismatched poo-fence. The upside is that I will not have to deal with this so-called professional ever again.

Carlos and his team did a great job on painting my home. I needed to have 3 rooms painted which required having my furniture moved. Carlos’ team was very careful doing that. They arrived on time, were very neat and precise in painting the rooms, put the furniture back in place and cleaned up after they were done. Carlos and his team were very accommodating. I would highly recommend them.

They do a good job and a reasonably priced

Carlos painted my whole condo a few years ago and did a great job. This time, I needed the bathroom redone. Carlos had an employee take care of it for me, and he was fast, efficient, and professional.

It was great! I can't say enough good things about Carlos. I had to reschedule the work twice, and each time it was "no problem". They showed up on time and worked quickly without sacrificing quality. On top of that, there was a problem with some wood door frames that had had cracking paint. Carlos' crew painted them and had the same problem. Carlos came out himself and scraped and sanded the frames BY HAND, and painted them again, correctly. I can't say enough good things about Carlos Professional painter. A terrific painter and a really good person!

It went very well.. Carlos and his team showed up on time with all the materials needed to complete the job.. the work was excellent the guys took their time and completed the work in a timely manner.. it was very professional and neat… I look forward to working with him and his team in the future.

I would give Carlos 0 stars if that was an option. Carlos is completely unprofessional and NEVER showed up! We agreed on a date/time (today at 8:30 am) for Carlos to paint 2 walls in my condo. I sent him the paint color I wanted BEFORE he was supposed to come out and paint. Today (the day that he is supposed to paint) he called me at 8:20 texting me about the paint color. I was confused but answered his question. It's 8:30 and he's not here. No phone call. I called him at 9:25 because now he's an hour late. He proceeds to tell me that there was "confusion" with the time. He then tells me he's 20 minutes away. Twenty minutes go by and he's still not here. I texted him at 9:45 to cancel the job because he kept lying about when he was going to be here. He completely wasted my time! I'm going to attempt to paint the walls on my own. Steer clear of Carlos. He's unprofessional!

They did a great job. Everything looks clean and new

Carlos and his crew paid tremendous attention to detail, meticulously preparing the house for paint and professionally working to complete the project in a thorough and timely way. Carlos provided oversight at every step and worked hard to make sure our communication was good as we had very specific ideas about how our 4-color scheme was carried out. As the project approached completion, Carlos made several circuits of the house with me to make certain that every last detail was addressed. I would definitely retain Carlos again and encourage others to engage him when planning future projects.

We needed our Great Room painted along with the ceiling, walls, doors and trim. Carlos contacted me quickly and provided an estimate. He was able to schedule the work in a very short time. He and his crew showed up promptly at time promised and were professional. They cleaned up well after the job was finished. We could not be more pleased with the quality of work, our room looks fantastic! Highly recommend!

Carlos did very good work, however I felt his attitude was disappointing. The first day he did not show up or call, I had to call him and he stated something happened to his car. I gave him a 2nd chance and after I expressed concerns regarding the job he told me I could just get someone else to complete the job. I found his attitude to be erratic, one minute he was begging me not to fire him and the next he's telling me to find someone else to complete the job. Any feedback I gave him was received with negativity.

This was a big job. He and his guys work very hard! I changed my mind a few times and Carlos was very nice about it.

Carlos and his team did a great job. It's actually our third time using him. The cost was great for the work that was done. I will continue to call him for all of our painting needs.

I purchased the 5-day painting deal on New Years day. Carlos asked to come to take a look on 1/2/20 Thursday between 4 and 5pm. When the time came on thursday, they said it would be 5:30. Then he text me that he actually meant Saturday between 4-5. OK. Not happy, but mistake happen so I accepted it. Today is Saturday, he texted me that he would be there by 5:30. OK. I got to the condo at 5:30. No one showed up. At 5:42pm, he texted me stating he would be late by another 10 minutes. But no one showed up by 6:00pm still. So I text him, no response. Called him, no one picking up. Then he called me at 6:14pm repeatedly stating that his phone was having issue, but would not address my question if he was close to the condo or would show up. What a piece of trash! Non trust-worthy lier. Nothing but lies after lies. Guess Carlos just does not want to honor the deal!!!
