"We researched several kitchen restoration companies and finally selected 3 of them to give us estimates for painting our outdated oak cabinets in the kitchen and master bathroom. The price ranged widely among the 3 companies. One estimate was extremely high. GG Kitchen Restorations was the cheapest estimate however, once we had each company come out and had them explain what they were going to do it was very evident that GG Restorations was going to be a one-stop shop for us to get everything done as we needed and with high quality workmanship. We did have a couple of extra small issues in the cabinets that needed to be fixed prior to the painting prep could start and the other 2 companies would either charge us a huge amount to do a drastic re-design which really wasn’t needed or said they wouldn’t do that type of work and left it up to us. GG Restorations was more than willing to help us get past these small barriers and get our dream kitchen to our specifications at a reasonable cost. Frank and his team were great. Frank is very pleasant and fun to work with and he takes the time to really get to know what you want. Chris and Tim, that did the work in the house, did excellent work, and they never left a mess. Our kitchen and bathroom look great and what a transformation from old to a modern look. We highly recommend GG restorations to anyone."

"Remodel went extremely well even with material delays (not ordered through Rowe construction.) They were able to pivot and work on different areas of this extensive remodel. This crew showed up every day and notified us if they were not going to come or if they were delayed.They also pointed out and/or were able to troubleshoot areas of design that wouldn’t look aesthetically pleasing. In addition, they cleaned up the interior each day and regularly picked up construction waste placed in the garage during this process."

"We had EZ Bath N Shower remove our tub unit and install a shower instead. We contacted a larger well-known company, but we went with EZ Bath. Their prices were comparable, but EZ Bath's material was better (thicker base, walls, and glass!) The gentlemen installing the unit were polite and professional. I even decided I wanted a bigger tub after he brought in the original one and I had him take it back. They did not complain or charge me more for the work. They are honest hard working, I can’t say enough positive things. The only negative and not really because it was Christmas time was a slight delay. To make up for that they wanted to work weekends and holidays as well. Pick them you won’t be disappointed."

"Daniel is great with communication, he replies quickly and clearly through email. He helped me by fixing my front door that wasn’t closing. He finished the job quickly, in about an hour. The door was fixed to satisfaction, and he gave me a recommendation for a long term solution to prevent the issue from occurring again in the future. He is easygoing and nice to talk to, seems like an honest guy. I definitely plan on hiring him again. He is reliable, polite, and talked me though what he was doing each step of the way. "All of these 5 star reviews got dumped on the Angi page, dated 2/2024. All show shiny basements & what appears to be excellent work & reviews claiming excellent communication. It's how I came about the referral - as well as their Facebook ads. Not sure if they bit off more than they could chew, but communication has been awful if not non-existent. The home visit seemed great! But I had to email them for the quote afterwords. Then a visit to the showroom a month later was dirty, plant dirt lying around, no bathroom available to the customers, giant weeds outside of the building they purchased. If you're presenting yourself as professional contractors, appearance of a showroom where you host customers is a reflection of your work. I didn't hear from them in over 4 wks. I emailed & was met with an excuse & zero delivery of promise for final proposal. We are taking our business elsewhere. We just wasted 3 months for nothing."
