"I hired Adem to complete 3 jobs. The first was fairly seamless other than I had to ask for the baseboard to be reinstalled after completion. Was initially told he didn’t do that, but he did eventually complete it. The 2nd job (summer of 2023) had a few hiccups during the install. Immediately after the install had cracks appear in the floor. I notified Adem (in august 2023) and asked for that to be repaired along with the completion of the 3rd job. He put it off for months due to various reasons. He finally came out last week (April 2024). He did nothing to repair the cracks. He prepped the floor for the 3rd job. I was told his son would be there the next day to repair the cracks, but he did not show up or contact us. On the second day he came to work, my adult daughter was instructed to exit her room so that Adem could work on the bathroom. She did not (as she had worked the night prior and fell back asleep). Rather than notify us that there was an issue, or even knock on my daughters door and ask her to leave, he left. After attempting several times to contact him, he told us he would not be back to fix the cracks in the second bathroom ( which he could have been working on during the 45 minutes he reported waiting). I assume that Adem doesn’t like the distance he drives to complete the work at my house. He knew the distance when he accepted the jobs. He said he guaranteed his work for 2 years, yet he refuses to repair cracks that formed immediately after install."

"BUYER BEWARE! We had our house painted by, Painter Plus LLC. The painting job, was on the exterior of a two-story house. The house, had a new +$20,000 roof install, a few weeks prior to this painting job. When finished, there was a number of paint drippings on the lower roof, from the top section of the housing being painted. The house color, is an off-white and the roofing shingles are black, so the splattered paint was obvious. There is also evidence that Painter Plus LLC, had covered some of the paint drippings, with black generic spray paint. Others were scrubbed, with a brush. I’m not a roofing expert, but I do know that you should not, scrub any roofing shingles, with any sort of a brush. I called Miguel, with Painter Plus LLC and asked him over the phone, if he had used a wire, or course brush to clean my roof. He said no. When I asked him to come back and to clean the roof shingle splatters, the painter brought a wire brush, with him and a can of black spray paint. At that point, it was very easy to put 1+1 together. I asked him to just not clean anything and to leave. I checked the roof, myself. I could easily see a front side section where, much of the asphalt had been worn away from some of the new shingles. I have no doubt that this new roof is damaged, from aggressive abrasive cleaning and I have photos to prove it. The roofing materials, are some of the best that money can buy - GAF, 50-year roofing materials. It does not wear, in less than 3-months, on its own!! I had called the main office and left a message, for a recovery plan of action. There has been, no response. Beware of this company, Painter Plus LLC and the very poor workmanship that they provide!"

"I would give them zero stars! We contacted Mathews Hardwood Floors for service in September. We wanted to rip up our carpets and have the hardwood floor underneath refinished. We quoted 4 days and 1 day to completely dry. We removed the carpet ourselves to save on money. We moved all of our furniture out to our patio and garage. It took the company 5 days to complete our floors. When we went to look at the floors afterwards we saw a huge circle in the floor and many spots where paint was sealed into the floor. There were holes all over the floor that were never filled in. They said they could possibly fix it but we would have to be out of your house for another 3 days to possibly fix it. It was right before Halloween and we had plans to be back home. We were displaced from our house with two dogs, two cat and three kids. The owner was uninterested in speaking to us about it. They came back and fixed a couple of the holes and the circle in the floor we were also promised a free floor cleaner that we never received. We paid full price for this job. At this point we now have two spots in one of the bedrooms that have gouges and still numerous holes in the floor along with many scratches. I would 1000% not recommend this company! Do not waste your time or money! They will scam you!"
