I hired Adem to complete 3 jobs. The first was fairly seamless other than I had to ask for the baseboard to be reinstalled after completion. Was initially told he didn’t do that, but he did eventually complete it. The 2nd job (summer of 2023) had a few hiccups during the install. Immediately after the install had cracks appear in the floor. I notified Adem (in august 2023) and asked for that to be repaired along with the completion of the 3rd job. He put it off for months due to various reasons. He finally came out last week (April 2024). He did nothing to repair the cracks. He prepped the floor for the 3rd job. I was told his son would be there the next day to repair the cracks, but he did not show up or contact us. On the second day he came to work, my adult daughter was instructed to exit her room so that Adem could work on the bathroom. She did not (as she had worked the night prior and fell back asleep). Rather than notify us that there was an issue, or even knock on my daughters door and ask her to leave, he left. After attempting several times to contact him, he told us he would not be back to fix the cracks in the second bathroom ( which he could have been working on during the 45 minutes he reported waiting). I assume that Adem doesn’t like the distance he drives to complete the work at my house. He knew the distance when he accepted the jobs. He said he guaranteed his work for 2 years, yet he refuses to repair cracks that formed immediately after install.

Work was good. They did us a good job.
