"Our thermostat died. My husband called early morning to request an quote for a replacement. Everything else is in working order on our system. He was told he would get a call back. 540pm rolls around and still no call back. Wife calls in and gets the receptionist who refuses to give any kind of quotes over the phone and finally after multiple requests responds that a service call is 89 plus the cost of the thermostat and re-wiring. Wife stated multiple times she wanted the exact same thermostat receptionist refused to give any other information other than stating we would be voiding any and all warranties if we attempted to replace it on our own or had another company do it. WORST customer service EVER. Besides being argumentative the receptionist was either unable or unwilling to give any kind of suggestions on what to do outside of sending a tech out. I spent $10,000 on my system 6 or 7 years ago and let me tell you I will NEVER EVER use this company again."

"I ordered a part from this company for my dryer. They claim: 2 Day Quick Delivery! 365 Day Return Policy! Free Tech Support! I returned the unused part in their own packaging and they refused to provide a refund! Apparently, there's some hidden small print in their return policy that if you open the box and touch the product, that item is no longer eligible for a refund. They claim that the part showed signs of installation such as scuff marks. I asked for the part to be sent back to me for inspection by other professionals, but they refused because they disposed of the part. I've never encountered with such a scam company as this one and advise all to stay away from their misleadings! Good luck trying to get a refund from them, you're not getting one."

Along the way, they were professional, kind, courteous and went above and beyond to ensure the job exceeded expectations. In addition, they actually found that our humidifiers had not been hooked up (as the company who stood us up and initially installed) as thought during their install 1 year ago. So, Matt's team got those working as well! All in all, these guys are one of the best in the valley and should absolutely be on speed dial!"
