"This review is a long time overdue but I really wanted to give Stuart and his team a shoutout for the great job they did. I had Pipeline to come out to Waianae to install 2 toilets and a shut-off valve at my home. Not only were they willing to come this far, but also, Stuart and his team gave the absolute best customer service where nowadays it is rare. His team was fast, clean, respectful and efficient and his pricing very fair for the job. One toilet installation proved to be trickery than anticipated, but they went the extra mile to get the job done. And when it came time to do the shutoff valve, I really was fully frustrated with finding the public water source. However, Pipeline's team member was persistent and got the job done all while maintaining a great attitude. I would definitely recommend Pipeline Plumbing. As a landlord, I have been through my share of repairs and good companies like Pipeline are essential and just plain sanity saving."

We replaced both the bathroom and kitchen ones as they were worn out and needed to be changed out. Although it was great service, I would say that the final price was a bit larger than I initially anticipated. But considering that these fixtures are supposed to last for a long time, you pay the money to do it right once and you never have to pay again for repairs or service, so it balances out but have money ready....they charge 3% on credit card transactions and that turned out to be too much on top of a hefty bill."

"These guys suck. I had a complete kitchen remodel. I hired Stephen to do the rough plumbing before the cabinets and countertops were placed. He did that job adequately, although the price was exorbitant. I then needed him to come back for the finish installation of the sink, grinder, dishwasher, and cooktop. He had no clue who I was or where the job was, and this was three weeks after he did the rough work. After I reminded him where the job was, Stephen and his partner showed up half hour after he said he would. The did less than half the work, and then vaporized. He failed to call back. Now I've got to find another plumber to finish the job, and probably will get a hefty bill for the hour work that he did today. Totally unacceptable. This guy has no idea about customer service."
