I cannot thank Amber enough for all the hard work she has done for me from the very beginning to the final walk through. Amber's knowledge and experience with construction work is so impressive, helping me from building permits to water meters to septic tanks it is completely amazing how much she knows which in turn is able to help her customers out. I have made 4 calls (at least) over several weeks, but the hardware is nowhere in site. It is clear that SelectBlinds.com is a marketing company only has outsourced all production and fulfillment to third parties and evidently has a difficult time coordinating these type of customer service issue. Extremely frustrating that my blinds have been sitting in the floor for over a month and all I need is a few screws. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."
