Description of Work: Stephen is our rental property manager for the last five months. In this capacity, he triages all issues raised by our tenants, including noise complaint, parking, and general property upkeeps. On several occasions, he represented the owners in addressing tenant's feedback concerning their stay on the property. He has excellent customer service skills and is very responsive to both the tenants and owners, which minimizes any aggravating factors associated with delayed responses. He is friendly and easy to work with.

Description of Work: Steven Hopkins made our home livable. We purchased an older home with lots of Hawai’ian character, but with lots of weathering from salty air and moisture on the windward side of Oahu. The previous owner left a few unfinished remodeling projects. Steven and his craftsmen made repairs, replaced closet doors, adjusted windows, replaced screens, stopped incessant drips from faucets, adjusted running toilets, replaced light switches, reconnected circuits, hung fixtures and painted every inch of the interior, and much of the exterior. The work was first rate: Doors, windows and cabinets worked reliably, and the water bill plummeted and lights and fans worked. Steven’s crew worked diligently and stuck to our tight schedule and budget even when we were out of town. They dealt with surprises professionally, consulting with us as needed. Steven’s crew could do it all negating the need to bring in expensive subcontractors for trade-specific problems. We were pleased at the time, and now seven years later, the house remains in good condition and Steven remains a valued contact.

+ -1 moreWe were on Island for a production shoot for a TV Show pilot and had celebrity clients and high standard needs. We could not have been in better hands than we were with Steven. His background is such that he understands the needs people have at every level and was amazingly helpful, professional and on hand from check in, to Island referencing, to check out and follow-up on deposits and all. Steven also knows the Islands very well and knows the right people in many of the right circles which can be invaluable when dropping into the Islands like we did for our project. I would gladly give my highest recommendation for Steven any day and look forward to seeing him again for either business, a vacation stay or just to say Aloha and "talk story"!!
Description of Work: VERY helpful in our securing the right location for our needs.. Steven was very caring and friendly and more concerned about our well being than his fee's and treated us more like more like family / friend than stranger to agent.
