They all gave good information but not one when the total distance to get the job done. It only appeared that they were in it for themselves. I even had one company stating that they would not warranty the roof unless the entire roof was completed. Then I spoke with INSPECTOR ROOFING, set-up an appointment for an estimate on the back portion of the roof. Not only did they tell me that the roof being replaced would be warranted, but they think that they could get the entire roof replaced. They did exactly what they said they would do. INSPECTOR ROOFING submitted documentation for the approval to the insurance company to have the entire roof replaced. Sent a special team all the way from Atlanta and completed the job in one day. They started about 06:00 a.m. and to my surprise was done by 04:30 p.m. that evening. Upon completion they did a thorough job of cleaning up. Overall I would rate INSPECTOR ROOFING excellent in all categories: Price, Customer Service, warranty, integrity, and professionalism. They even came back within a week to address any smaller concerns, like tightening up gutters (Subcontractors), fixing screens, and double cleaning around pool area/yard in general. I’ve had an absolutely amazing experience with INSPECTOR ROOFING. They have amazing workers and absolutely fantastic professionalism from their entire team.
