Inspector Roofing and Restoration

After meeting with several roofing companies in the area and two outside of the area, not one of them lived up to the repartition that was give. They all gave good information but not one when the total distance to get the job done. It only appeared that they were in it for themselves. I even had one company stating that they would not warranty the roof unless the entire roof was completed. Then I spoke with INSPECTOR ROOFING, set-up an appointment for an estimate on the back portion of the roof. Not only did they tell me that the roof being replaced would be warranted, but they think that they could get the entire roof replaced. They did exactly what they said they would do. INSPECTOR ROOFING submitted documentation for the approval to the insurance company to have the entire roof replaced. Sent a special team all the way from Atlanta and completed the job in one day. They started about 06:00 a.m. and to my surprise was done by 04:30 p.m. that evening. Upon completion they did a thorough job of cleaning up. Overall I would rate INSPECTOR ROOFING excellent in all categories: Price, Customer Service, warranty, integrity, and professionalism. They even came back within a week to address any smaller concerns, like tightening up gutters (Subcontractors), fixing screens, and double cleaning around pool area/yard in general. I’ve had an absolutely amazing experience with INSPECTOR ROOFING. They have amazing workers and absolutely fantastic professionalism from their entire team. Kudos to the entire crew, Mr. Gabriel Moorhead, Miss Lindsey Nasser, Mr. Kevin Riley, and Mr. Chris Nasser in finance. They were so good that three of my neighbors immediately sought after them to address their roofing concerns.

I wrote a negative review about this Company yesterday. However, the owner contacted me and made it right. I appreciated their professionalism and honesty. I can tell this Company has integrity. I would strongly recommend them. Thank you!

We had Inspector Roofing come give us an estimate, which did not go well. They were supposed to be here at 5 pm on the day that was agreed upon, with a stipulation that it may have to be done in the morning due to a chance of rain. We did not hear anything from them until about 3 pm when they called and said they would have to reschedule on account of it raining in my area. I advised them that it wasn't raining and the storm had passed approximately an hour earlier. They advised that there was still a chance of rain and could not make it. So, the came out at 11:30 am the following day, after I advised them they need to be here before lunch. The person who arrived was nice and all but when he went up on the roof, all he did was stand up there talking on his cell phone to what I can only gather was another customer because he was taking down there address. No tape measure, nothing. When he got off the phone and came down, he said they do the measurements via a satellite to avoid any human error in the measurements. He did give a rough estimate of $5,500.00 for architectural shingles but would contact us with a more accurate estimate in a few hours after they get the measurements from the satellite company. That good old error free service. At almost 6pm they finally called and asked me what my email address was so they could email the estimate. Once I received it, the estimate was at a minimum 6400 dollars for regular 3 tab shingles. Over 7000 for architectural shingles and over 11000 for specialty architectural shingles. Ummmm, so much for 5,500! The estimate had no information on how many squares of shingles were needed or anything. Just a name of the shingles or type rather and a total price next to it. When I called them about it, and advised them their estimate was well over the other estimates I had received, the said there may be a mistake in the measurements. Wait....What!!! But its supposed to be error free!?! They started off rather professional but the more I interacted with them, the more I realized they certainly are not as organized as I thought. I was not impressed at all.

Mr. Richard Nasser is very professional and was able to fix my problem in a matter of minutes. If I ever need a new roof I would not hesitate to hire him. I wish all contractors were of Mr. Nasser's quality. George

Richard was prompt in answering my call and showed up on the same day I contacted him. He arrived on time with a drone that he flew above my house taking a video of my whole roof confirming that no other hidden roof areas need to be fixed. Next day my roof was adequately fixed as planned. He also took another drone picture to show me the fixed roof area which was good to see.

He was professional efficient, timely and reasonably priced.

They did an excellent job. They were very professional, courteous, and on time. Their price was very reasonable. They did exactly what they said they would do and cleaned everything up afterwards. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely hire them again.

Currently, Richard is assisting me and my husband in making the best decision for our roofing. He is very professional and efficient. The roofing will be done soon. I highly recommend this company. The Leslies
