The doors didn't withstand water damage yet they were removed. When I asked the technician about the door and sink removal his response was, "the insurance will pay for the replacement." They charged my insurance 16,000 dollars! Please don't go with this company unless they provide you with a quote before they start the work. "

"On May 25, 2022 I spoke to a representative of the Mold Test Company and explained that I had recently inherited a property and had not been lived in for quiet some time and was beginning the restoration process to make it livable again which included having a mold test completed. I was quoted $499 for the complete test in addition to a $50 deposit that was required to confirm appointment. I made it clear that I currently lived over 4 hours away from the property needing the test but we agreed upon a date and time that worked for all parties. Deposit was paid over the phone for confirmed 11am on 5/29/2022. I arrived at the property at 10:40am yet the technician called me about 15 after 11am to inform me the he was 15 minutes away. Arriving at church 11:30. We walk through the property and he gives me some information and points out a few things and then prepares to set up his equipment only to realize he would need a generator to complete being that the home isn’t occupied and has not been for quite some time, there is no electricity. I point out that I was not informed the equipment needed electricity although I mentioned the property had been closed up for years when making the appointment. As the expert and professional this should have been clarified prior to confirming appointment or taking payment. Technician informed that he had a generator but it wasn’t with him and he lived about 2 hours away so the appointment that I had driven 4+ hours to make would have to be rescheduled. It then took almost a full week for someone to return and follow up about this issue in which the solution suggested was to Mail this company the keys to my property to conduct the test in my absence and hitch was a red flag because I don’t know them for one and if I’m not there to see them test my property how do o know they’d even travel back to my property and complete a test instead of just telling they did and charging $499. I refused to send my keys and instead asked for a refund of my deposit. I was told he would submit my request and ended the call About a month later I still had not received my refund or any communication of it so I called and after several attempts spoke to someone who informed me that my refund request was denied because the technician said I refused services at the door and something else about canceling rescheduled appointment when nothing was every rescheduled to begin with and service was not completed bc technician did not have the necessary information equipment. I total LIE over $50. My $50 that I work hard for and have already been more than inconvenienced over. I have tried multiple time to remediate this issues but I just keep getting shuffled around to leave voicemails and no answers about my money. This is extremely unprofessional and unreasonable. I will follow up with the BBB and CFPB as well. Unacceptable and should be removed as a reliable referral from Angi"

"If you need someone to side with you so that you are not liable for your tenants health concerns these are your people! Harmon (Stan) Blanchard will gladly avoid any legitimate mold concerns, and to top it off he will maintain a cocky presentation the entire time. He got a call from a client and yelled at them because they called his cell phone and not his office, then proceeded to tell us how some of his clients are crazy. I pointed out visible mold on air vents, and clear mold rings around junction box covers but he was not willing to even look at it never mind taking any samples he just kept saying "I have seen this before it's nothing to be concerned about" which was very odd. I showed him these photos and recommended he took a sample from behind the cover but he was only interested in taking a photo of my computer screen from across the room...I offered to send him the photos but he would rather just take photos of my computer screen. The only swab he even took was of the very corner of my dresser top which I clearly stated I had recently cleaned and his response was "well it looks like you clean everything so that's the problem" how about you take a sample of the mold itself and not a freshly cleaned surface seeing how I did not clean the mold? Red flags everywhere with this guy, he even took his one and only single air sample from the opposite corner of the room as the clearly visible mold problem. I pointed out my dehumidifier can not keep the relative humidity below 55% and it runs 24/7 but his excuse was it was not accurate and so he proved it by taking a humidity reading of the air OUTPUT from the unit, what does that even prove?! I showed him clearly painted over mold on my door frame and he totally played it off! I want to know how much my landlord paid him under the table, because this clown is ridiculous. He should be ashamed of playing with another humans health like this. DO NOT - I REPEAT, DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY!"

"Horrible experience. I called Enrique to work on the remediation of mold due to a leak on Sept 20, 2023. He gave me a 10,000 price with insurance and said to me to email him my policy. He came back and said that I had a great coverage and that I need not to worry as their team deals directly with the insurance. I believe him because this Company had great reviews. My insurance is not paying because they overcharged excessively. Enrique ignores my calls and txts. They said is a hassle free service but is not true. If your insurance does not pay they will put a lien on your house. Run away!!! I recommend that you work with a Company that your insurance recommend or pay out of pocket and claim back to insurance. They will use all your coverage limit because their pricing is insane. They don't disclose the pricing by the way until the very end when is too late. As the mold spread to my son's room they added 20,000 to the price. I got this email today but is not the first one. They are threatening me to put a lien on my property. I had been through h*** with them. Dont make the same mistake Lina, Good afternoon. We submitted all final Invoices, pictures and documents for your claim on 09/27/2023. It has been over the 60 days that the Insurance company has to make a decision. When I spoke to your adjuster yesterday on the phone, he said the claim was still in review. He claimed that we should have charged closer to $10,000 total on each of your Mold Invoices. His reasoning for that was that we should have charged less because the homeowner, you, were going through a hard time. Unfortunately, that is not an acceptable reason nor is it compliant with any reasoning behind why a Mold Remediation Invoice should be for less money or not paid out for work we completed. So, I stated we have pictures and documents to back up all of our line item charges on our Invoices and he can speak to Pamela Brown our claims manager, to go over any line-item charges on your Invoices. Pamela has contacted and is still waiting to hear back from your adjuster. We are approaching 70 days since completion of your job. By around 80 days we need to file a lien against your property for the amount owed to us. If payment is not received by us by next Friday, we will be placing a lien on the property for the balance owed, as stated in your signed contracts and Florida law. Once we receive payment from you, we will satisfy the lien. Hopefully your adjuster will get in touch with Pamela soon and your Insurance company will make their payment determination. However, this does serve as notice that by next Friday, around 80 days from completion of job, we will be placing a lien on the property which will be satisfied immediately after payment is made. If payment is not received by us by next Friday, we will be placing a lien on the property for the balance owed, as stated in your signed contracts and Florida law. Once we receive payment from you, we will satisfy the lien. Hopefully your adjuster will get in touch with Pamela soon and your Insurance company will make their payment determination.
