By the first week in January 2023 I'd had it and sent a letter to the company on Jan 10 requesting a refund. Was notified on January 12 that window was ready. I spoke to Bob and told him I no longer had any faith in his company and wanted a refund. He initially agreed to give me a partial refund (less a restocking fee), but later reneged saying he couldn't get a credit from the window manufacturer. Terrible company. Buyer beware."

He was very mindful of our budget and would provide suggestions on ways to cut cost without compromising what we wanted. Of course, every decision was still up to us.
