"BUYER BEWARE! Had a pipe leak within my wall. Caught it fairly early with minimum damage. The Roto Rooter rep Brian came out and inspected and said I needed water mitigation based off the moisture in my walls. When I say the leak wasn't that bad, it really wasn't! He stated that my insurance company would cover it all and that he deals with my particular company all the time and not to worry. I obviously was taken back by the cost of almost 4k! Fast forward, my insurance company are questioning duplicate charges and Roto-Rooter is saying I owe almost 3k or a lien will be placed on my property! This whole water mitigation is a scam and the salesman did not tell the truth. They should have picked up their fans a lot earlier than they did. I'm sure they were trying to milk all the money they could. Over 5k for a bunch of fans in my home. I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS PLACE! Contacting my lawyer and will have my day in court if necessary. BUNCH OF SCAM ARTISTS IF YOU ASK ME!"

"I am leaving a review before the work is even started. I received a quote from another company and scheduled the work. When they showed up, they tried to triple the cost. I told them to get out of my house. I then called Rooter Pro Plumbing to come out and give me a quote. Jerimey Jackson came out and looked over the situation and then put me on a conference call with the owner. They agreed to match the quote I received from the other company even though it was seriously underbid. They are a great company to work with. They are scheduled to come out this week to start the project. I would highly recommend a company with such integrity in the employees and the owner. I look forward to working with them."

"Brent from Armato heating and air gave me a deal.I could not refuse 12years parts, service , maintenance. Unbeatable deal. Daikin is a an efficient quiet quality heat pump. Great price. Also tax credit. This is the best system I have owned. I gave it. Three weeks before I left my review to make sure it worked well. The installation team were top notch. They were on time neat knowledgeable and quick. Definitely the A team. Which is one of the most important things about getting a new heat pump is the installation. If you don't get a Daikin from Brent @ Armato heating and air. Your making a huge mistake."
