"Septic was backed up! Said tank did not need pumping! They Tried jetting the field lines which was unsuccessful! Then they offered a much more expensive solution with no guarantee it would work. I told them no and payed them. Next day I had another company here and the problem was fixed within an hour. Liberty called me back a week later for a follow up, and after expressing my concerns, I spoke to a manager, and he acted as if I he was talking to an idiot. Said they gave me options and acted like it was my fault for picking one that did not help! Options are good but results are what counts! Options may have been given, but sounded more like recommendations to me. I will not be using this service again, and would not recommend anyone do so either."

"Shady Organization. Long story short, my parents are older, so I manage their rental property for them since they're not really able to do it anymore. On 1/1/2025 I called to make an appointment for the following day to have the septic pumped. When I made the appointment, I specifically stated that for approval for the maintenance they needed to call me and I gave my number. The woman who booked the appointment confirmed that the technician would take a look at the tank and call me with the quote and for approval before proceeding with the maintenance. If I didn't like the quote, they'd re-cover the tank at no cost. I also asked for a rough estimate of the cost I should expect, assuming nothing was wrong and the supervisor told me between $300 - $600, which aligned with the research I saw. The next day, I get an invoice for $1,300; no call, no approval. I called the Company and somehow, they got my aging mothers phone number and called her for approval, even after I told them approval needed to come through me. I don't think she even understood what she was approving, considering she didn't know about the maintenance. I can see that the condition of the tank was worse than expected, but they did not follow proper procedure and then without getting approval from the person with a contractual obligation to manage the property, they went ahead with the maintenance, charging wildly higher than what was expected and a lot higher than the industry average. When I called to complain and get at least a partial refund, I was told that the Operations Manager, Kevin would call me back. He to this day has never called me. Every day they told me they'd call, he wouldn't and when I would call, they would give me some excuse on why he was unavailable. These people gave me the run around for a week and a half. And when he did finally reach him, he was so arrogant and unapologetic for the mistake the technician made. I wasn't yelling or anything, but I brought up being frustrated about having to chase him down because he would never call me when the supervisor said he was going to and he stopped me mid-sentence to say "nobody chases me down", which was very funny considering that was the 4th/5th time I'd called to speak to him. They offered a $350 refund which still didn't put the maintenance cost into the range of what others would have charged. He said he would take the case up to the person above it and promised he'd call me back the following day with the results. I waited 3 days and no call. I finally called back and told the supervisor I would accept the $350 just so that I could be done with them. I understand that things cost more than expected sometimes, but I'd never seen such lack of customer service and professionalism from a Company. It's very clear that the lack of care comes from the tone at the top."

"They are nothing short of fantastic. I was quoted by another company anywhere from 5 grand to 12 grand. Turns out all I needed was a pump out and a blockage cleared for a lot less money. Thomas septic was honest and genuine. Traits so rare lately. I highly recommend them. You won’t find a team more capable or honest. Quality work done without all the bs and unneeded expenses that is Thomas septic! Honestly if I could I would give them 10 stars. Seriously call them first and you won’t need to call anyone else!
