Very professional service

I contracted with Swan after my primary contractor failed to complete the job. I informed Swan I was eager to get the job done and Swan was able to get it done immediately! The Swan team actually removed the previous contractor’s framing because it was done unprofessionally. The Swan team then got the job done! Neighbors saw the work being done by the Swan team and expressed interest in getting estimates to do other work!

They came in to fix the poor job our original contractor had done (Grant Construction). Came to make a proposal when they said that they would be here, made a fair, all inclusive, price; showed up on time and completed the job within a week. Very good to work with, honest people doing good work. I have already recommended them to our next door neighbor and would not call anyone else should I need future concrete work.

I wanted a concrete slab laid for a storage unit. Talked to the owner Richard Swann over the phone to set up an appointment. He sends his sons out to do the work. As they were laying the framework, I told them it looked crooked. They said it was squared and straight. The concrete was poured and once the shed was placed on top you really could see how crooked the slab was. I have reached out to them four times, but they did not bother to come back and fix the problem. I would not recommend them to anybody.

I assume this is the company of Walter Swann but was never provided paperwork (I should have requested a written quote). He completed the work in a timely manner with moderate quality. However, his crew broke off the top of a sewer access pipe and left a wooden separator between two slabs. I notified Mr. Swann and he said he would have it taken care of. I have attempted to contact him multiple times over the last several weeks with no response. It appears I will have to finish the job for him.

i hope this is the correct company for Walter Swan because I have no paperwork with company name. I was charged more than quote and job was not completed.

The contractor did not complete the job stating that he did not budget correctly for materials. I reviewed the material cost it was less than 15 percent of what he billed for the job. Charged an additional 450 to complete the work and never provided receipts.

Mr. Walter done a excellent job pouring and finishing concrete parking pad. I would recommend him to anyone wanting concrete work.

They were prompt and finished the job in 48 hrs. Very professional and did a great job. We were very pleased with the cement work done and would definitely hire again!

Replacing a concrete driveway is a large messy project, we encountered too thick concrete near the carport which caused additional challenges for removal. Getting the correct slope for water drainage was difficult but successful. Removal of old concrete is as expensive as pouring new concrete . I would use CNS Construction again.

Very pleased with work done

They were not dependable, late 1 day. Promised and could not deliver as quoted. Wrecked my back yard where they parked their all steer loader and left huge pits in the yard. Buried my shut off valve in the front yard with the excess dirt dug up from the parking pad.

They did good work.

Company started in a timely fashion but work was not completely to my satisfaction. Issues were with dimensions that were off , a minor request I had asked of that wasn’t done and with a fence that was removed/replaced that I noticed after workers had left that was not put back correctly.

Very nice people, and will hire them again
